### "Expansive Payroll Options "

We like iSolved, it allows us to provide simple or complex payroll solutions for all clients.

Pros

This product allows us to process payroll for all size companies and is as simple or complex as we need it to be.

Cons

There is a lot to learn, but their university/training section is expansive, so that's helpful!

Pros

We use this time card tracking software at work and I like the fact that I can log into my computer to clock in and out and that I can verify my time at the end of the pay period even if I am not in the office. I can also view the accumulated work hours and my past time schedules.

Cons

The main complaint I have is, at times, the system is slow to clock you in and out and it does not always register the punches when they are entered. Therefore, HR has to adjust the time or enter the punches to reflect the accurate time worked.

Pros

I loooove the colors theme black, white and pink, I like how easy it is to navigate to different tabs and I love seeing my money pop up in pink lol

Cons

I hate how it doesn’t have my hours and pay added in or shown on the site until the day I get paid, I would love it if there was a way for it to be shown the day payroll is input in or the night before payday

Overall pretty easy to use, it's just lacking some features I would like to have a fully integrated system instead of partners for Benefits and applicant tracking. Was a big step up from our previous system- OnlineEmployer where we used paper time cards and manual data entry.

Pros

ESS, Onboarding, Time cards. Viewing pay history and stubs, web-based access. Manager approvals of PTO requests and PTO Balance/accrual tracking and rules that automatically adjust accruals based on length of service. One database for most information, partners for benefits administration/carrier feeds and ATS Partner.

Cons

Access options are clunky- would be nice to be able to activate certain access by individual rather than setting up groups. Most of the setup has to be done by the payroll company, must go back and forth to set up certain things and special check runs. Time off requests do not project balance at the time of the request, only based on current balance.

Adjustment can be difficult is they are out of the norm.

At this point, we have not encountered anything that isolved does not offer that we are in need of.

Nothing!! Do NOT use iSolved if you are looking for a payroll company!!

Cons

Our payroll company was bought by iSolved this past year & the transition was a NIGHTMARE!! We have already transitioned to a new company because their customer service is horrendous! I have called & emailed dozens of times with literally ZERO response- they have messed up an employee's child support payments- they made an error in a paycheck & instead of correcting it, they re-issued an entire additional paycheck AND all of my GL reports since they have begun processing our payroll are incorrect & are off by a random $ amount! My accountant is completely baffled at the poor job they have done- the mistakes are simply inexcuseable!! It has cost me so much time & money to get things sorted & reconciled after having them for only 3 months! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES!!!

Perhaps I'm just ignorant. But in my experience this is the most trouble I've ever had using a website. For that reason, I blame them, not myself.

Pros

it does show some important information regarding my work hours. that's all. character limit meet character limit meet character limit meet

Cons

i am an employee whose company uses isolved. i can never seem to log on. it has apparently an extremely confusing array of different log on screens. I have never had to change my password, reset my password, etc. this much in my entire life. and I am not a forgetful person, this doesn't happen with any of the 50+ other passwords I use in my life. Their system is the OPPOSITE of user friendly. I'm extremely frustrated, as a user, by this poor product.

Go with a larger, better organised, more well-known company. This was recommended to us by our insurance broker, but I doubt he had any idea of the lack of functionality. In the set-up process, we were promised certain functions, only to discover that the system couldn't actually do them.

Cons

Everything. Functionality is far below other HR, Payroll and Time-Keeping systems; there his a high staff turnover; staff are not well trained; the Help and University options are almost useless; the platform is not intuitive and badly designed, cannot make simple changes without notifying staff, cannot have employees work in more than one department, the Amcheck server crashes regularly

IntegraCore is a third party logistic company located in Salt Lake City, UT and Atlanta, GA. While we are considered a small employer, we continue to grow at a rapid pace. Our previous timekeeping system was not able to keep up with our demands and lacked the features our managers and human resource department needed to manage our time and attendance policies. Our Utah location is currently using TimeForce while our Atlanta location was brought on to use TimeForceII in May 2013. The implementation process was lengthy; however, it was due to the amount of work each Infinisource account manager had on their plate, which made it difficult to get through the implementation phase as scheduled. My account manager, Michael D., worked long hours to ensure every detail was not overlooked. The launch was a success as we opened up the system to all Atlanta employees and managers in May. We are preparing to upgrade our Utah based employees to TimeForceII by the end of the 2013 year. The anticipation of having a more robust system is exciting for our employees and managers. The service provided by my implementations account manager was top notch! He was knowledgeable about the products and services. Any glitches were easily and quickly corrected. As for the heavy workloads carried by each account manager, Infinisource quickly resolved this issue by expanding their headcount to manage the workload. We are now considering moving our payroll services over to Infinisource's TimeForce software.

Wish I had access to make adjustments to my information instead of having to log into the HCM but that may just been a permissions option I do not have as a user.

I like that we have options to transfer into and out of tasks. I like how administration can fix punches when it's needed, unfortunately it's needed often.

Cons

I do not like the layout or difficulty when it comes to training to use it. There's just too much room for user error.

I love that I can preview my check for that pay period! Also love that I can see exactly how much taxes were taken out and I can view each day how many hours I worked

Cons

I think the punch in button would be better as a single stand alone button rather than a drop down menu

There have been NO BENEFITS just PROBLEMS.

Pros

We unfortunately had no choice in the "take over" but from the start when representative supposedly "set us up" there have been NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS

Cons

They didn't pay the ONE salaried person correctly x2 payperiods as well as staff members. I have been asking from the start to have ONE NAME that would be responsible for my account, never received. I have been asking from the start that I be able to email my spreadsheet (as I use to do) since the beginning. I am being told EACH PAYPERIOD THAT IT is "working on it". They either have a bunch of idiots in IT or don't even have an IT department! This shouldn't be rocket science to anyone with any experience in IT

Reason for choosing isolved

We didn't choose, and I certainly WOULD NEVER CHOOSE iSOLVED

### "A Frustrating Transition form Sage to Isolved"

This is the first time I have ever written a review about a company I have used, but this experience has been so poor that I have felt I had to write one. I personally would find another company to handle your payroll needs, there seem to be too many issues with the company. I was not provided a choice in going with iSolved. I think I am going to find another company to do my payroll processing if things do not rapidly improve. For my company iSolved as yet to solve much of anything, but was it has done has created an array of small issues that have been frustrating to deal with.

Pros

The interface looks nice It is a faster system then I was using before

Cons

Poor communication with transition from Sage to iSolved Customer service is weak, simple things take a really long time, I have to call my support team multiple times in a month. I have been on the phone more with iSolved then any other payroll company. This is likely due to the poor transition they orchestrated from Sage. I get different answers everything time I talk to a different person No dedicated staff person during the transition The platform appears to be rigid and inflexible Very slow resolution from customer support
