Pros Ease of use, along with being able to print prior paychecks earlier, look at your time off and vacation time quickly on a easy overall dashboard Cons Password changes. Overall the system is a PRO itself. Cons Sometimes the PTO balances screen "time off balances" can be confusing to employees on finding out how much PTO they have left to use in the year. Takes time to figure out why app quits working. Then I have to ask HR to clock me in or out! Horrible app! Pros Can be easy to use on phone when, (key word 'when' ) it works! It will work for awhile then it won't. Cons It will work on your phone then it doesn't. It will send err msgs. Saying you need to authenticate yourself after working for 3-4 weeks! Very frustrating and time consuming! Pros I love that you can see when other employees are scheduled off. No other schedule system I have worked with has provided this perk. Cons Sometimes it's a little difficult to navigate. May 10, 2019 5.0 Pros We were looking for something that would allow our techs to clock in where ever they were, and for us to know where they were when they did so. This solved that problem and has probably saved us thousands of dollars in time theft or even just in people "forgetting" to clock out. The reports are easy to pull and make running payroll a breeze. Cons The occasional glitch where the breadcrumbs did not track all locations that day, but other than that this has been a great product that has paid for itself. Review Source DN Debbie N. Our employees have nice access to their information. Payroll reports are good. Great value for a cash strapped industry as well. Tech support is superior to other software support I have had to use. Cons Report to print feature is not quite what I would like. Small print on reports if in IE. Firefox is better but I don't like Firefox. Could be settings that I haven't figured out. There are so many options that are offered and so much to choose from. Pros I love iSolved Hire and HCM. The system is super easy to use and I can always get an actual person when I have a question... SAME DAY!!!! Cons N/A. I have not run across any problems with the system yet. Pros The basic version of this software is great and easy to use. The team is great when implementing add ons, and the isolved University is full of helpful documents and webinars. Cons That I was sold on it being an "all-inclusive" product 2 years ago, when it was not. It was a product that had integrated several partner products into one, which always means glitches and problems as information is translated from one system to another. I always receive the best and fastest service from the start of every phone call to the end. I am able to easily access and manage my times and payroll without having to contact HR. Cons Periodically I will have issues with logging in to the system itself. I like how it brings together several key business aspects all in one place. Cons I do not like the pay stub feature and how paycheck stubs are generated/printed. August 25, 2016 4.5 Pros The only reason I did not rank this product a 10 is because I have not used all of the other Employee time clocks out there, but Timeforce is pretty high up there in my book. I enjoy not having to stand at the front desk and check in, here I can log in from my computer with ease. The best aspect would definitely be the ability to actually view my previous clock-ins which gives me peace of mind. Cons If anything, I would say the private information that can be seen on the view screen but this can be simply adjusted in options. Review Source MG Melissa G. Cons The only con to this is only a handful of times have I ever had it to freeze or I put something in that I had to call support to help me correct bc it wouldn't let me on my own. HR Manager Medical Practice Used the software for: Less than 6 months ### "Extremely Rigid System" January 11, 2017 2.0 iSolved seems to be great for payroll but on the HRIS side of things, it is very rigid. No system customization is available to run workflows (specifically with New Hires and Terminations, but also for a number of other items), Reporting for open enrollment did not communicate to our benefits administrator and we had to manually manipulate the data to match what needed to be transmitted. For this, we were not able to automatically push data and have had to manually enter it every month. Timekeeping has been an issue because we have employees that work in various departments and the system does not do well with that. HR doesn't have the ability to do very much and have to get iSolved reps to do it for us. Overall a very rigid system with little to no flexibility to make a system work for our company. I love that we have everything all in one place rather that using multiple systems. It struggles to perform simple tasks like PTO requests Pros I really have nothing positive to say about isolved. It is below industry standards in every way imaginable. Cons Isolved is super slow, and doesn't work on smaller screens (smart phones).
