### "Isolved Solutions that don't break the bank"

It's been an adventure, but the rewards and benefits have definitely outweighed any struggles.

Pros

The customization that is possible with the software was the most attractive aspect. Especially for the cost, this product allows small businesses enjoy the same quality of services that larger fortune 500 organizations.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like about the software; however, one thing that I would say that has been an issue is the time zone differences between me and available support team members. Especially, if they are based out of the east coast, I find that there is only a 1-2 window to conduct business out of Alaska.

### "Terrible Company "

Isolve bought out our payroll company that we loved, and they did a great job. Once ISOLVE took over it went downhill. This is the worse payroll company out there. The customer service is terrible.

Pros

System time attendance was fairly easy to use.

Cons

Their Customer service is absolutely horrible. System issues constantly. Terrible company and would not recommend to anyone.

Pros

I liked that iSolved People Services is easy to implement and customize. \*Payroll process is easy \*online time cards and employee adaptive experience are great! \*Online onboarding for new employees is easy to use and makes data entry easier

Cons

There's so much that iSolved offers and can customized, I would like to get more information on what I can do. Employee adaptive experience app some times glitches and makes it hard for employees to you. I also wish it was an app in the App Store.

I am pleased with isolved overall. I utilize a small portion of what it has to offer. I believe that in the coming years if implementation were easier that I would utilize more. It seems that when I attempt to add any new service I have to re-explain what my procedures are to every new person that I am assigned. There needs to be more effective ways of implementation that are time saving instead of dragging out the process. However I do believe that isolved was a great investment as a platform for payroll.

Pros

Payroll Services are great and customizable.

Cons

PTO Tracking is sub par. The calculations do not compute correctly and at random times. Not user friendly. Can't add multiple days off for the same PTO type in one entry and have to make singular entries for each day. That is time consuming for someone that has a mass amount of PTO entries.

I have been with Javan almost a year and it has been positive for the most part but there have been some issues which I have addressed and they were taken care of.

Pros

It is a great, clean, smooth platform and is easy to figure things out. If I don't know something, there is a team available to assist me right away.

Cons

Sometimes I don't get the support I need as quickly as I need it - especially with tax related issues. And sometimes the follow-up is lacking. Also, there is not a support center to assist my employees with issues such as tax questions, log in issues or assistance finding things within the Employee Self Service within iSolved.

### "Intuitive and Great Customer Service! "

I am very happy with the customer service; I feel that the system is intuitive, and they are sending out updates all of the time. We use the system for the full employee life cycle.

Pros

I find that isolved is easy to navigate and the features offered are progressive. My rep is extremely responsive, knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons

My only con, is that we started with a "small company" using the isolved platform. They were sold and we did not have a specific rep for some time. We had wanted the personalized support, however, there was some adjustment but at this point even with a large company I do feel I have that small feeling support again with our rep.

We use isolved for Time Clock, ACA Pro, Learn Pro, Payroll/HR, Benefits, Time, and Carrier Connections. I love the Quick Hire feature, its user friendly and really fast to enter new employees to payroll and benefits. ACA makes it simple so all is required is double check the benefits and process the rest is completed by isolved and 1095's are mailed to business in less than 72 hours. Learn Pro is great for employees and admins to learn and stay current with all the features. Benefits makes it simple to enroll employees and track for ACA. Overall its a great tool to have and makes tracking effortless.

Pros

Payroll, Tax compliance, ACA compliance and Benefits are all under same platform and always complete on time and less stress.

Cons

Setting up rules is difficult sometimes changes are made without notification from vendor.

Isolved help us to streamline our onboarding process while staying in compliance with required forms.

Cons

I really would like to see the option to attach internal onboarding documents to the onboarding wizard, which can be completed and signed by the new employee. This would allow for the entire onboarding process to be done within Isolved.

I have been using Isloved for 3 years now. The Company I work for has been using it much longer than that and we have had a great experience.

Pros

What I like most about Isloved other then the people/employees is, that it is user friendly. Everything that we have implemented is easy to use and usually runs smoothly when setting it up. If we are having issue Isloved is always there to help with a quick call or reply.

Cons

There not much to dislike about Isloved! Right now I would say that I am getting used to using AI. Sometimes it is inaccurate, but overall still works really well.

Isloved is easy to use and the people that work there are amazing, personable and get to know you by name. You get your own team for each implementation that guides you through everything.

I like that it is continuously evolving. Most of the time new features are released and there is no additional cost for those features that are "keeping up" with similar platforms. Resources for learning are excellent and make it so that SB's can be very self sufficient.

Cons

Pricing is high especially to be completive with ADP, Paychex etc.

My overall experience with iSolved has been excellent! I would highly recommend! The benefits I have seen stand out is that this is an all encompassing product that helps the client not have near as much manual work.

Pros

The payroll and timekeeping are the most impactful to our company. It takes care of the time consuming work for us so we can focus on other aspects of our company. The onboarding and recruiting are also great to use and very user friendly.

Cons

I feel more notifications could be implemented into the features of the program. It would also be great if the reporting was structured a bit differently for report writer.

The system allows us to write our own reports for our specific needs. Employees can clock in/out through mobile devices. The biggest issues I have we do not have a single point of contact for problem resolution or questions, the menus are in random order, and when doing a help search, wording must exactly match the topic as listed in the menu.

Pros

The time keeping system is easy to use. Payroll processing is easy and straightforward.

Cons

The menus are NOT in alphabetical order. Some subjects are in folders which do not go together making it hard (and time consuming) to find the right place to input and/or verify information.

I have found iSolved to be mostly user friendly during my first year working on the platform. The people behind iSolved enhance the product and make it a better experience. I learn something new each week and that helps the experience as well. I also enjoy the roadshows as a way to network with other users. Please continue the roadshows in 2024.

Pros

The helpfulness of everyone that works there. If they do not have the answer, they will find someone who does and get me in contact with them.

Cons

\[sensitive content hidden\] in customer service. I have never had a good experience with him. I have to call back to speak with someone more knowledgeable and friendly. We are also still struggling with some reports and wish there was better ability to write our own reports.

We are very happy with Isolved. They really do go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy.

Pros

User friendly! From onboarding to payroll, Isolved is very user friendly. The employees like it for the ease of use and it doesn't require much training. The customer service is great!

Cons

There are a lot of features and platforms/products/features. I am sure that these are great for large companies, but some of the platforms are too robust for small companies. The amount of platforms/products can be a little overwhelming when trying to decide what is best for your company.

Wonderful! Still in the implementation stage and our team leader \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\] and his group are amazing. They are very responsive, professional and continually looking to make things easy administratively and for our employees

The product is user friendly, intuitive, and if in doubt, at the click of a button, an online University is available for all users to learn more about the system. Move over Apple!

Cons

I manage 6 accounts, each with a separate FEID but all accounts/agencies have the same common board of directors. In other words, they are related sister agencies. I wish I had one login ID for all accounts and that they had a pull down menu allowing me to move between companies without having to actually log into each of the separate agencies,

For the most part, this software system is easy to use. It offers a library of education that can be shared with employees of all levels.

Cons

The timesheet system when needed to be edited is a challenge. It sometimes needs to be edited a number of times to assure the time is exhibited properly.

I like that we can write our own reports and for the most part it is simple enough.

Cons

I wish that some fields were easier to find when writing a report. I also wish that you could use all fields in the system. For example we have a "wellness" box that we check on our medical benefit to tell the system to give this employee the wellness discount but I can not include this box when writing a report.

### "Incompetent and Rude about it!!"

RUN! Terrible attitude /rude / cold staff. Staff is confused and not very knowledgeable in their tasks. Our rep, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\], did not know the difference between "gross" and "net" payroll. They made HUGE mistakes on our payroll, taking double deductions from all our workers and when we contacted a supervisor we were told WE(?) made the changes to THEIR system. They refuse to take any responsibility for their errors. All we did was upload the form they gave us to complete. Clients have NO ACCESS and CANNOT MAKE CHANGES to their system! But we were blamed for changing their system analytics!! Really!? Although we had to pay them for their "services" we ended up writing the checks by hand and having to mail them out. Our workers were LIVID. In our previous payroll we sent funds of $100K which they stated we needed to resend. We needed to get a loan as they did not send back our initial payroll funds. We ended up paying double for wire transfers while $200K in payroll sat waiting for them to accept. They rejected our funds and made us resend! This firm made SO many mistakes, treated our employees and management with such disrespect, and cost us unnecessary time and money due to their many mistakes. Customer service blamed THEIR in-house mistakes on us. Just a MISERABLE experience at every turn. Look elsewhere for a payroll company and save yourself the agony of working with their unprofessional and rude staff! Still waiting for a call back from their management to straighten out thei

They paid our workers on time. Usually had MAJOR mistakes and errors. but payment was fast.

Cons

The staff at ISolved. When THEY make errors and we've called for solutions- it's apparent we are bothering them. ISolved can't solve anything. No responsibility, no compassion. Communication was misery in trying to work with them.

As a fully remote company we have used iSolved to connect with our employees on various levels including online time and attendance tracking, performance management and open enrollment for benefits administration. ISolved has aided us in being more compliant and more effective with our People Operations and Employee Engagement.

Pros

iSolved is easy to navigate as an end user and a client administrator I continue to enjoy learning how to leverage the ever growing suite of tools and functionality being unlocked in the iSolved People Cloud.

Cons

The software is fantastic but there continues to be room for improvement with direct client account management. It would be nice to have more visibility to tickets/case numbers submitted and associated status updates for issues, implementations and payroll tax reporting
