Pros: Really, I'm just used to using it. We don't utilize most functions. Our system may be a little outdated.

Cons: Fingerprint option is undependable and the card access has never worked. Again, our system is older.

As a user of this product, I feel that it fulfills my needs over all.

Pros: Ease of use and a good user experience. It is easy to locate all of the necessary information (pay, time off, human resources info).

Cons: I dislike that some of the functionality can only be changed by my system administrator. For example, I am unable to edit my own time off requests and therefore have to email my HR contact to delete and/or edit my request in the event that it changes.

Pros: Timeforce let us manage time effectively for our team. It helps us track reports on employee time and helps our finance team to manage payroll accordingly.

Cons: The time log functionality needs improvements to manage auto-generated reports. It will help to calculate Payroll automatically and reduce time involved from finance people.

Pros: System is quick and easy to use and make our processes more streamlined. I love that we have everything all in one place rather that using multiple systems.

Cons: The onboarding piece is limited but overall we are extremely happy with our use of the system and how it helps our employees.

Great system! Easy to use and everything is right there for you.

Pros: I love the PTO function. You can see exactly how much time you have used and how much more you have to use.

Cons: The only thing that I would change is the couple of steps it takes to actually sign into isolved and how many times you are asked to change your password. It seems like when I finally remember it, I am asked to change it.

Pros: Ease of use, along with being able to print prior paychecks earlier, look at your time off and vacation time quickly on a easy overall dashboard

Cons: Password changes. The frequency and complexity of a password seems a little much for this type of software. Other than that minor issue, no issues with ISolved

Overall: Easy to access benefits and time off hours left so I can easily request things for myself or my child.

I like some of the features of this program, but bugs in the system make it frustrating.

Pros: I like how this program is pretty easy to use--especially the 'go' app. Logging in is easy, time punches are easy, and seeing my time card is a cinch.

Cons: I have experienced bugs multiple times with this software. The most common bug is my time punches not holding, through using my 'go' app combined with the online PC website. I will punch 'in' or 'out' on my computer or phone, and find that the system did not save my punch (randomly). This ends up changing my entire time card, which, as an employee, I cannot fix.

Pros: This software is relatively easy to use, which is surprisingly uncommon in this genre. It gives me the information on my paychecks each month, with no issues.

Cons: The user interface is not great, and the app that I use sometimes crashes. If the stability were improved, it would be great.

Comments: Timeforce has poor customer service and bad business ethics. They held my company files hostage and demanded payment for twice as much as I was using.

Pros: When we first signed up on the program it seemed to work well. Then as we got into the program it did not preform as well as we thought it would.

Cons: You can not get a quick overview of all employees at once you have to manually do each one it takes to long. The phone app does not work well. The program is hard to navigate. There is better out there but you get busy and stuck on what you have because it very difficult to change.

Comments: They do not return your phone calls!!! We first called to try and get more licenses and were transferred to different people who never returned calls. After that we decided to go with another system due to not being to get return calls to get all of our employees licensed. We then called back and left messages to call back and neither ever did. Finally, we sent emails in requesting to talk about the cancellation and a transition period. 1 month later we received an email back saying our service was canceled. Finally called and got a hold of the customer rep who said "oh yeah I just got an email from finance forwarded to me that you guys wanted to cancel" we had to explain we wanted to work on transition period, had someone actually returned phone calls then they would know. Our bill was paid through the end of the month so we wanted to keep services until then. He set us up to cancel at the end of the month. We tried calling customer support the week before canceling to see if we need to do anything else, also we were using them until the end of the pay period and wanted to know what we needed to do to pull the last of hours. NO ONE RETURNED OUR CALLS AGAIN. Luckily we logged in at 11:30 pm on 4/30/17 and pulled and hours summary, as the next morning we were unable to pull any other reports. The problem is we are a 24/7 facility and this caused issues. This was one of the worst companies we have tried to work with.

Pros: The system was easy to learn, their support team was very friendly. I don't have anymore pros to add to this.

Cons: Their customer service, sales and financing team are terrible. They do not return phone calls or assist in anyway. Reports are not user friendly.

Very disappointed. Told this software would interface with Quickbooks and it does not. Customer support on this issue is too bad it is a Quickbooks issue.

Comments: We are extremely disappointed with the product and the way the company interacted with us about it.

Pros: The set up person was kind and helpful. The information about time and attendance was helpful to learn.

Cons: The marketing that it interfaces with Quickbooks is patently false. The interface is not intuitive. It is difficult to set up and the reports are impossible. When the real problems surfaced the company customer support was too bad! Stay away from this product and company.

Comments: Whatever the issue is, either the response time is slow or there is absolutely no response at all. We have been a customer for several years, and had always been able to increase and decrease our number of licenses according to our business needs with no penalty. Recently, we added quite a few licenses and when we did not need them anymore, we were told that we would have to continue to pay for them for a period of one year. We have gone to the extent of involving our attorney, who has sent several emails as well as letters but he has not received any response back at all either. I have never worked with a company that operates like this and we will be discontinuing our service with them immediately.

Pros: The software is very functional

Cons: Terrible service, more expensive than others

Comments: We use to rely on Excel sheets to keep track of time because we had only 2-3 employees when our company was small. Once we expanded and had 5 employees, it was very time consuming to keep track of each employee's arrival, departure, break time etc. Once we installed Time Force and set it up.... Time tracking was a breeze. It calculates Overtime and allows us to define rules as needed. It has the option to set rules for breaks, vacation days etc. It also allows us to make notes on days of absence so that we can keep a track record of an employee absence excuses.

Pros: You can see, who is in and get a status of all your employees in one snapshot. You can run various reports according to departments. This helps us create the schedule in each department separately. The report gives a very good view to display coverage of shifts.

Cons: There are some errors that keep popping. The customer service takes forever. We have to be on hold for a long time.

Recommendations to other buyers: If you have more than 3 employees, this is a good software for time tracking.

Comments: We use this software at my work, and I have to say that it is slow and sometimes does not register punches when they are entered. It's really annoying to try to use it as anything other than a system used to track employee logins.

Pros: It is SUPER easy to setup and does an overall good job tracking punches.

Cons: It's not terribly well designed and can be annoying to use for any kind of scheduling.

Recommendations to other buyers: Don't expect too much out of this program; if you use it simply for tracking punches, you won't be disappointed.

Cons: The time it has taken to implement has been quite lengthy, our needs are unique, i understand that, but i feel that the person in charge should be more proactive about helping us.

Pros: The only reason I did not rank this product a 10 is because I have not used all of the other Employee time clocks out there, but Timeforce is pretty high up there in my book. I enjoy not having to stand at the front desk and check in, here I can log in from my computer with ease. The best aspect would definitely be the ability to actually view my previous clock-ins which gives me peace of mind.

Cons: If anything, I would say the private information that can be seen on the view screen but this can be simply adjusted in options.

Recommendations to other buyers: Give Timeforce a go, it is very transparent and easy to use.

Pros: TimeForce is easy to use and our transition to staff using it was relatively painless. TimeForce has pretty good technical support.

Cons: Sometimes the wait time for phone support can be lengthy. Some tech support staff are to aggressive with the changes they want to make to "fix the problem" and cause other issues.

Recommendations to other buyers: The product has saved us work time when processing payroll.

Pros: Not a fan of the product at all! It sounded great with the sales pitch but once I actually delved into the system, it was a disappointment.

Cons: I was sold on this software by Qqest who use to be our payroll agency. I was disappointed with the program because the program came in a package with features I did not need nor use. I could not customize nor tailor these features at all. There are lots of bugs in the system and customer service seems to blame all on user error. I would not recommend this product.

Recommendations to other buyers: Read reviews on this product and take them all with a grain of salt. Sales does a great job of selling the product but once you buy the product you're basically on your own.

Pros: It is simple to use and I really like how if I am in a hurry I can add an employee with very little information and then go back later and add the detail. I always receive the best and fastest service from the start of every phone call to the end.

Cons: There are a couple minor things that I wish were more flexible, then again if my boss was more flexible it wouldn't be an issue :-)

Recommendations to other buyers: This is my first job doing payroll, which is not my favorite, but by using the bio-metric time clocks with this software it has made tracking time a lot easier and more accurate.

Pros: User friendly, easy to use, easy to read. Our employees have nice access to their information. Payroll reports are good. Great value for a cash strapped industry as well. Tech support is superior to other software support I have had to use.

Cons: Report to print feature is not quite what I would like. Small print on reports if in IE. Firefox is better but I don't like Firefox. Could be settings that I haven't figured out.

Recommendations to other buyers: Check out other software features and you will see Time Force has better features at a great price.

Pros: This software has one merit... the security principals practiced are pentagon level. Your employees will have to type about 5 times the information into their phone or computer as they do to login to their online banking. I can login to my online banking app with about 20 key presses. This app requires more than 40. Passwords are enforced with a complexity that leads to numerous support calls for lost passwords. This would be well and good if the system actually allowed you to access some sort of sensitive data... however the mobile app allows you to punch in and out ONLY with no provision for actually seeing your recorded time. So yes, fort knox security principals that are so onerous your users will HATE you. The app existed in version 3.x before they added an option to save your login name and company id... I have typed my user name and company code hundreds of times during our roll out. This has been addressed now... in version 4. Think about that for a moment. Your company code is a random string your employees will need to remember. The format is X9999999 at least in our case. So yeah, tell your common laborer he must remember C4585209 or something similar to use your time clock... as well as his login name and password.

Cons: The software is at best broken. The development team are slightly above high school level. The support is non existent. You will be told they will fix it in the next version. The phone app does NOT work on all phones. The login screen is "cut off" on smaller screens and there is no way to swipe down to see the login button. No workaround exists as you cannot press the off screen button. NO support. The phone app also does not allow an employee to view their recorded hours. This leads to numerous punches as they believe it did work. Server connectivity issues are very common. Be prepared to "fix" timecards for employees every single day. The check stub viewing app, while integrated into the mobil app, requires the use of a completely different login and stupidly complex password. You WILL be getting calls every week when your employees get locked out because they forgot their password or used the punch login for the paystub side. When this happens, you cannot simply reset the password... no you must send them a system generated email and they have to go through the process of choosing a password and secret questions all over again. Again, I can get into my online banking software MUCH easier. If you expect this software to work with mobile employees think again. Unless they have access to an actual computer they will not be able to see their timecard or paystubs. Your employees WILL HATE YOU if you force them to use this. We are limping this pile of garbage software to the end of our construction season and migrating to a new solution over the winter break. We have lost employees because of this software. The software forces the employees mobile device to use "system time" which is good but it does NOT force the use of GPS when punching. An employee can simply turn off location services before he punches and you have no idea if he was sitting in bed or at the job site.

Recommendations to other buyers: Find out EXACTLY what you need. If you have users that will punch into a computer terminal each time, software like this may work for you. If you have mobile users, make sure the app will work on ALL devices. Make sure its easy for a non savvy user. A guy who mans a shovel for a living may not be able to do what your IT staff can. Make sure you bring field users into the evaluation process and use your most difficult "old school" employee to do so. EXPECT your employees to try to cheat the system as well. Have some people try to cheat and see how easy it is. DO NOT let your IT staff and payroll department choose the software. EVALUATE the software on how easy it is for the USERS to work with. Your IT and payroll staff can be trained and really should already comprehend software like this. Your labor and common employee are going to be the problem.

Pros: Easy to log in and since there is no help or assistance available to the employee, it's probably good that it's fairly easy to figure out how to punch in and out.

Cons: Several of the action items appear to be links but when you click on them, you reach a page that doesn't exist. There is no "Help" function for the employee. So, it's impossible to tell how to do things like enter a time manually. Then, it won't let you verify your time without having all of the in/out punches in the right place and time

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be a good idea to have several of your employees actually use this system before you buy or commit. You will likely find that even if you have to pay a little bit more, you will be better served to go elsewhere.

Pros: Their customer support is excellent! If I ever need help with settings or other issues, I can get phone support and solve the problem while I am on the phone.

Cons: Nothing comes to mind. The service is affordable and works well, and they offer live support. I have no complaints.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do a Google search and research your options. Demo those that look most promising. Be sure you can get support, as this product has very robust and powerful features, and at times, one really needs expert assistance.

Pros: We moved from a mostly paper method, so TimeForce saves us time and money to do the requests for time off, check accruals, and verify time cards electronically.

Cons: I would like to have a report that tells me which of my employees are missing verifications and then have it automatically send them an email reminding them it needs to be verified after each pay period ends and then periodically until it is done. That takes me a lot of time each month with so many employees.

Recommendations to other buyers: Think about your time. It is valuable and costly. If the process is taking you longer than you would like, that should be a deciding factor in your product research.

Pros: I love how easy it is to install and use.

Cons: The server keeps going down, so the product is very unreliable. Also, the salesmen promise that you can get any report you need, but in reality, if it isn't one of their canned reports, you are also out of luck.

Recommendations to other buyers: Get promises in writing. If they tell you they can get you information you need for your organization, make sure you can.

Pros: Information is easy to access and loads quickly. Reports can be generated and saved as templates for repeated use. Employee HR specifics can be documented for later retrieval. Employees can access their information and schedule vacation on their own time.

Cons: Some of the action items look like they are not links, which confuses employees. Some of the steps employees have to go through to log in, request vacation, and view info could be streamlined; they forget when they don't use it everyday.

Recommendations to other buyers: This is our third program for time management, and we are doing well with it. We used to have a separate program for HR info, and it is now included in this one package.

Pros: I like the product because of the internet explorer interface.

Cons: These are all known bugs that are not being worked on: 1. Reports have many bugs. For example, the report I see on the interface prints much differently. 2. The way the time punches are recorded are unclear because the next days punches appear on the previous day's punch list. It is very hard to sort out what's going on. 3. There are so many updates. Each update can take an hour. I am five updates behind. When I call tech support, they give me the runaround that an update is not needed. Their service is very poor. Due to the many, many updates, the platform is not stable.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would avoid this software. Don't get suckered into what the salesperson sells.

Pros: The system has potential. Job tracking and task tracking, as described, would be very good for our company's organization. It simply doesn't work, though! We have spent hours and hours with TimeForce's phone support.

Cons: The company's tech support leaves us hanging on hold while they research the problem. The product just hasn't worked for us.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend avoiding this system. You will waste endless time teaching your employees how to use it, and then it will not work.

Pros: The product does track time like it is supposed to. The real-time features are nice to have.

Cons: I dislike their customer support. I wait at least 30 minutes to talk to a representative each time I call. Pros: The very best part of the this software is the implementation project manager that was assigned to our company. She worked above and beyond to make sure this program would integrate with a new financial software that our hospital was going live with at the same time as the time and attendance. She went through multiple rebuilds to meet the requirements of the financial software. The cost on this product was very affordable for the size of our hospital.

Cons: Taking a new payroll software and TimeForce time and attendance package live simultaneously was a challenge. It was definitely a good decision to purchase the implementation support. A detailed support manual would be very beneficial when building policy groups and export codes, etc.

Recommendations to other buyers: Consider using the TimeForce payroll package with the time attendance package. Integrating two separate products was a challenge.

Pros: The implementation process was an especially challenging time for us because our internal project manager went on an unexpected six-week medical leave before the implementation was complete. Our Timeforce II Implementation Coordinator provided extensive additional support and kept us in the implementation phase to provide support during our project manager's medical leave. She literally walked us through our first couple of payroll runs to make sure we were comfortable using the system.

Cons: The Admin Function takes some training to master. However, high-quality customer installation support makes this virtually a non-issue.

Recommendations to other buyers: We were given a demo log-in and had time to play with the system during our evaluation process. I specifically included several staff members who experienced significant difficulties with our prior system. My staff had not had the benefit of any training on Timeforce II prior to the demo. Without exception, their feedback was positive.

Pros: Not much here other then I can access the site when I am offsite. Other than that, no good has came from the product for us.

Cons: We are a normal three-shift company, and the time clock system has problems when separating the third shift. Tracking accruals is horrible. There is some glitch they say should be fixed in the next update, but we also heard that the last time. Incident tracking does not work. The senior rep I was working with told me that I was the first one to ask about using this.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would recommend finding a different system.

Pros: This is a comprehensive system that will deal with the timekeeping needs of many businesses. Once it is set up properly, it seems to work well.

Cons: Once your service agreement ends, you are completely on your own. You cannot log into the support site and therefore cannot access even the most basic self-help documentation. No FAQs, no Knowledge Base, no manuals. I understand charging for the live help and even patches and upgrades; this is fairly common, but not offering any self help options at all can leave IT professionals tasked with maintaining the system completely at the mercy of those who must purchase the extended service.

Recommendations to other buyers: Be wary of promises made by the salespeople, and be absolutely sure to budget for the extended service if you want to rely on this system. It is fairly complex, and there is a good chance that you will need some assistance if anything goes wrong.

Comments: We were outgrowing paper time cards, so we were looking for an electronic timekeeping method (we spent one full day/pay period hand adding and entering time cards!). The positives to the system are that it Integrates easily with QuickBooks. The negatives are that Saas is kind of slow and buggy even with faster internet speeds. They have too many methods going at one time (TF1, TF2, TF2 Saas, etc.) and seem to struggle to be great at any one of them (more ok to good at several). Don't get me wrong. It's a fine product, it just didn't live up to my greatest expectations, I can't really justify getting out now ($2000 startup fee) and the support leaves a lot to be desired. It is a good day if the support wait time is only 45 minutes.

Comments: IntegraCore is a third party logistic company located in Salt Lake City, UT and Atlanta, GA. While we are considered a small employer, we continue to grow at a rapid pace. Our previous timekeeping system was not able to keep up with our demands and lacked the features our managers and human resource department needed to manage our time and attendance policies. Our Utah location is currently using TimeForce while our Atlanta location was brought on to use TimeForceII in May 2013. The implementation process was lengthy; however, it was due to the amount of work each Infinisource account manager had on their plate, which made it difficult to get through the implementation phase as scheduled. My account manager, Michael D., worked long hours to ensure every detail was not overlooked. The launch was a success as we opened up the system to all Atlanta employees and managers in May. We are preparing to upgrade our Utah based employees to TimeForceII by the end of the 2013 year. The anticipation of having a more robust system is exciting for our employees and managers. The service provided by my implementations account manager was top notch! He was knowledgeable about the products and services. Any glitches were easily and quickly corrected. As for the heavy workloads carried by each account manager, Infinisource quickly resolved this issue by expanding their headcount to manage the workload. We are now considering moving our payroll services over to Infinisource's TimeForce software.

Comments: I work for Special School District, and we began using Timeforce approximately six months ago. It was very slow getting started and getting all components (time clock and online site) to communicate to one another and work together. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an on-site technician to come out and get new users up and running. In the very beginning, as well as recently, we had trouble getting in touch with a representative to help us with various issues along the way. Not being able to get issues resolved quickly ends up allowing the work to pile up on one person to go back and enter, missing time while the system was having issues. We did have a positive experience with one in particular customer support person. Overall, the system serves its purpose well for documenting time. However, customer support has been very frustrating, and our district is blessed to have someone managing the system who is able to quickly learn and able to troubleshoot.

Comments: MPC began working with TimeForce in early 2012. We had been using an ADP product that we did not understand and that did not offer the support we needed. We are a small but growing organization, and we run with limited staff. We currently have 200 employees in two facilities across the country from one another; I am not only the HR Director, but I also process payroll weekly. Time and ease of use is critical for my personal success and sanity, as well as the organizations. TimeForce saves me at least four hours a week and that is a huge gain. The implementation was maybe two weeks of just making sure the system was built correctly, and then we were off and running. Setting up the time clocks on our end was probably the most difficult and time consuming piece of the implementation. John Amador helped me to train the Plant Managers on how to enter and correct time, and he has been with me every step of the way if I have a question or need help figuring out an issue. We are pleased with the product and the service!

Comments: We do welding, fabrication and trailer repairs for commercial vehicles and trailers. We use job numbers for each job and needed software that would allow us to track those jobs. We wanted something that the employee could clock in and out of with job numbers and would be compatible with our accounting software, Sage 50/Peachtree. We used Genesis Pro previously, but need something better for job costing. We have TimeForce II now and started using it in September of 2012. The implementation went well and the support we received was awesome. TimeForce II has made it much easier to track our jobs and know exactly what our employees are working on at all times. I would definitely recommend TimeForce II.

Comments: ASAP Enery Inc operates a retail fuel business as well as owning convenient stores. We looked for new software because we were using to much time to figure all of our employees hours. We used excel spreadsheets before Timeforce. We are using TimeForce II Build: 3.11.1.6373. We bought TimeForce in December of 2012. The implementation with Brandi went great. It took a few weeks but that was mainly on my side. Brandi was very helpful in this process. Without her, it would have been hard to comprehend. It is taking our team a little time to learn this system but it is mainly due to them not being technologically savy. The more I use TimeForce the easier it gets. I have not had to use the customer support to much yet, but when I have it has been good. This system is such a time saver for our company and allows us to focus on other goals.

Comments: Our company, Big Sandy Regional Detention Center, purchased TimeForce II & the V-800 Biometric - Ethernet Clock, with the Full Implementation Service added in 2012. I am so glad that we purchased the Full Implementation Service; our Implementation Project Manager was Kelli Anthony. I could not have had a better person to work with; Kelli was patient, understanding & so knowledgeable about the system. I recommend that everyone purchase the Full Implementation Service to make sure your system is set up correctly. I love our system! Before we purchased it, our time cards were a mess - employees would forget to punch in or out, they would make the mistake of using someone else's card, etc. Now we have a system where the employee puts in their assigned number and then places their finger in the slot for the system to get their fingerprint; this way no one can punch anyone in but themselves. I also love all the reports you can print from the system; timecards with notes, a summary of the regular, sick, personal, overtime, leave without pay, holiday pay, etc., accrual reports and so on. Before this system I was having to fix these reports manually which took a lot of time. Learning the system does take some time, but then anything new does. When you learn it you will be so pleased with everything you can do with it. I definitely do not want to go back to the old way! When you have a problem you call technical support and they will remote into your system or explain to you what to do to remedy the situation. Once again I love this system & I highly recommend it!

Comments: The implementation team and customer support that we received was excellent. Their follow through and attention to detail was greatly appreciated. The software is easy to learn and use, and the free training available is a plus for those who may not be familiar with timekeeping software. Comments: We are a local retail pharmacy with 5 locations and 4 different corporate payrolls. Our payroll rules are very complex with pay differentials, call pay, employee transfers, and a variety of accruals. We also want our drivers to have access to punch remotely. Our previous software company promised upgrades to meet all of our needs when purchased. Five years later, we still had not made any progress and the technical support we received was marginal at best. Our company searched for a new software alternative that didn't break the bank but could accomodate all of our requirements. We were very impressed with the Timeforce software and the sales staff but were skeptical based on our previous experience. Therefore, Timeforce provided numerous webinars and one on one demostrations to abate all of our fears. After months of research, we were convinced that TimeforceII was the payroll system for us and we purchased it in August of 2012 along with the advanced scheduling system. Kelli, our implemetation specialist, was fantastic. Thru questionairres, goto meetings, and many phone conversations, Kelli was able to learn our payroll and setup the system. We went live in October of 2012 and have never looked back. Of course, once we went live, we had a few issues but Kelli was with us every step of the way and made sure we were completely satisfied with the product before turning us over to tech support. Timeforce has cut our payroll processing time down from 3 days a week to less than a day currently. It is easy to learn and there is always someone available to call if support is needed. I would highly recommend Timeforce.

We had separate timeclocks for each location Since we installed Timeforce last year our payroll processing time has been dramaticlly reduced since we were able to combine the log in and out for our staff. We like the automated calculating of ovetime per our specific company policy and tracking of vacations, etc. Kelly has been terrific to work with and promptly addressed any concerns we had. Also, we do get a speedy response from the IT department if we run into any technical difficulties. Would highly recommend Timeforce as a timeclock and payroll system

Comments: We went with the QQest Timeforce II and 1 time clock. We are a Fish Processing Facility with a large seasonal work force. Ease of use and multiple departments were concerns and Timeforce works extremely well for us. The installation was painless and the QQest staff was very knowledgable and helpful. If it were not for our internal company issues we would have been up and running in about 30 days. Before TimeForce I had to manually enter every time clock punch for aproximately 60 -80 people every two weeks during our season. Our old time clock would not talk with our payroll software. It took up to 1 to 2 days to get payroll ready for printing. After Timeforce I can review, export, import and have payroll ready to print in about 2 hours. What a time saver for me! I haven't had to contact support since our going live Oct 1, 2012. So what I have needed may not be typical. I think the program is realitively straight forward. I know I have not fully utilized the program's potential but for the parts I am currently using, I am very happy.

Comments: Our organization is a manufacturing plant with approximately 100 employees. We previously used outside payroll servicing companies to process payroll but recognized it was important to maintain the data internally. We chose TimeForce II because we require biometric readers and it seemed to be the most compatible with Quickbooks. Implementation was provided in a timely manner, as well as the transition from implementation to technical support. The supervisors find it easy to use the program. They can maintain employee time sheets quickly and efficiently. After implementation, be prepared to wait for solutions from Technical Support. If possible, try to find one technician you can trust and call or email him/her. Our greatest benefit has been in the savings of time and the improvement in accuracy.

It took a little time to learn to use it, but the support team was great. We have had it for about 3 months now and are feeling pretty comfortable with it. It has a great reporting system. Comments: Our company is a mining and manufacturing company with multiple locations. We had been using a different company (ADP) for our time and attendance as well as payroll. Their solution was so complicated, their implementation and customer service was difficult at best. In short, ADP was not meeting our needs and had no desire to help us. We needed software that helped us gather time and attendance information in a simple and straightforward way. It needed to offer some flexibility and customization to allow us to tailor the software to our needs. We also wanted to be able to collect the time and attendance information and pair that with our existing accounting software so that we could process payroll in-house and eliminate redundant data entry. Our decision to change from ADP to TimeForce II was really pretty easy. The sales team went out of their way with multiple demonstrations. They were able to answer our questions and help us find a solution that met our needs. The implementation process was smooth; the staff at TimeForce helped organize the transition well. The best thing about the implementation was the good customer service we received. It was apparent that the people at TImeForce wanted us to succeed, and we were important. TimeForce has been very easy to use. Their system is logical, and with a little help from the implementation team we were able to figure out how to use and function within the software. Changes we used to have to call ADP to make we can do ourselves. The transition to TimeForce has been a success for our company. Collecting time and attendance is easier than it ever has been. It works well with our existing accounting software for payroll. The continued customer support has been excellent as well.

Comments: The Morrison Center is an Performing Arts Center on a the campus of Boise State University. We basically operate twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week with 100 - 150 stagehands between part time and students. Up until the TimeForce clock we were still using an old time clock and then hand writing the times to paper to be able to send to payroll. We purchased the time force system (IQ 400) this past fall and for us it took some extra work because of the University OIT. But, the implementation team from Timeforce helped with every part of the install. Kelli Anthony, my main contact, was always so helpful. She help build the files needed for the system to run and was always there to help with any questions. I may have a pretty easy set up since I do not have benefits with students and part time temps, but I always felt I was as important of a customer as some big company with 1000 employees. When we started to send info to payroll Kelli and others helped with building spreadsheets that the University could except and made sure everything has worked for us here at the Morrison Center. Myself and the supervisors took the online classes to learn about the system during the implementation period. These were very helpful to the team giving them a good understanding of the system. Kelli spent many hours working with me to understand the admin functions of the program. The program is very easy to use which is important to myself because it is a time saver for us. The new time clock has brought about more accuracy to our payroll reports with less rewriting of time sheets and keeping accounts more up to date. The speed of getting reports following shows is new to us because we do not have to wait for the University to make reports for us has been another big advantage. We continue to try different parts of the report capabilities of this program and fine tune it to our direct needs is a large advantage.

Comments: The system quit working six days after our service agreement expired. I called the support line and asked if the software update was causing any problems with the clock. They told if I wanted to pay $400 I could speak to the Tech Guy and he could fix it. I find it hard to believe suddenly I have a software issue six days out of service. I will not upgrade my clock or do business with Timeforce again. It worked fine for 5 years, as long as the service agreement was paid.

Comments: We have had this clock for about 2 weeks, and are are still unable to install it. We were told by the salesperson that the clock is very easy to install, and that their tech support would guide us through the installation process. We've spent about 20 hours of time so far trying to install this, with no luck. Now we have to hire a professional IT person to install the clock for us. To make matters worse, their customer service manager is not offering a credit for the original setup fee.

Comments: This is not for a small business unless you are an IT wiz. We have 6 employees and wanted an efficient way to track job costing. The clock the salesman told I was getting is not the one that showed up. However I could pay to upgrade to the clock I wanted. Installation took 2 weeks. We got so many different instructions on how to use the clock that we gave up and just kept trying everything until it worked. Now just days out of warranty we have lost connectivity with the clock and they won't help at all. It is completely un-usable.

Ms. Pokuta, I sincerely apologize that your experience with Qqest has lacked the quality that we pride ourselves on. Looking through your account history, it does appear that there was some miscommunication regarding the time clock although you and I were able to work together and get that resolved. It seems that your Extended Service Agreement (ESA) which entitles you to unlimited Technical Support, Hardware Warranty, access to our Support Site, Webinars, and TimeForce updates expired on August 10, 2012; however I would be happy to offer a one-time call in to Technical Support to help you resolve the issues you are currently experiencing with the clock communication. If you would like to contact me directly, I can then put you in touch with a technician to assist. I can be reached at 800-697-7010 ext. 2604. I am hopeful that you will grant me the opportunity to help. Best regards, Aimee Fenton Customer Service Mgr.

Comments: I have used TimeForce for years. Started in 2004 with TimeForce and this last year upgrade to TimeForce II to take advantage of features like the mobile apps and advanced scheduling. The User Interface is very intuitive and the product has made it easy to support my 250 employees. My friend is the HR Manager for a large corporation with over 3,000 employees. He also uses TimeForce and has been very happy with the product, the amount of time it saves doing payroll, and managing employees. We both highly recommend it!
