Pros It works, the program that I used prior to this did not. When I retrieve a video it is usually clear, I can see and hear what I an looking for. Cons Sometimes the GPS feature isn't working properly. When the tech are doing the install they need to double check the cameras to make sure they are installed properly and working correctly. Problems that I've had are: video shows a mirror image or up side down. Reasons for choosing SureBus Our salesman lives close and is very helpful, \[SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN\]. The system itself works so much better than anything we have used in the past. The features are easy-access, speedy, and able to be followed along regardless of if you are tech savvy or not. They also have a mobile app which really sets them apart from their competition. I have switched over all of the vans of my fleet to FM at this point, and I would not use anyone other than them for our business needs. Keep up the Grade-A work!! Cons Fortress Mobile suits my company's needs to an absolute T. There is nothing I would change about their software at this time, it is impeccable and has not failed any of one my vans even once. I am grateful for the reassurance I receive by not having to worry whether or not their software will go down at any point. Switched from [EYERIDE](https://www.capterra.com/p/197038/EYERIDE/) Eyeride fails to do what its intended service is meant to do. Their video fails excessively and their entire software can shutdown without warning at any given moment. They do not have even close to the efficiency that FM has so far provided. Pros The live data software is extremely useful when trying to monitor problem areas within the school district. Cons Trying to download live footage has too many steps and takes to long to get the information back. Pros For an all-in-one solution Fortress will meet and exceed your needs. We benefit from one company who can provide digital recording of school buses, live GPS, track history, stop arm violations, and live feed of buses on the route. Cons We are a small school with no transportation garage or onsite mechanic. We would like to have a more local opportunity for installation and troubleshooting/repair.
