Painstakingly slow, sometimes very hard to collate all information and really not easy to convene, I used to dread some of these meetings. Not any more, BoardPro kinda does it all... except speak!! **Pros:** I really like how easy it is to use and how intuitively it supports a relatively non-technical user to produce agenda, complete minutes and process all committee requirements. When I've needed to reach out for help, support at BoardPro has been almost immediate and very effective with useful step-by-step instructions to complete the task at hand. **Cons:** I don't think there is anything I don't like, I've now used BoardPro for two totally different organisations and it is awesome, despite their differences. Can see which members viewed the agenda and meeting pack ahead of the meeting. **Cons:** Sometimes the formatting is difficult when writing the agenda e.g. with tables and fonts. Would like links to automatically come up underlined and in a different colour font without having to format that myself.
