Pros It's easy to build an agenda, update it, and to share the papers. I also like how it helps track actions. Cons Sometimes it's a bit clunky building the agenda - I've lost my work a few times. November 25, 2024 5.0 We are a school that is new to BoardPro. So far it has been well worth the money spent. If you require help with anything, the customer service team is great - quick to respond and very knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend to anyone looking at BoardPro. Pros BoardPro not only makes life easier for administrators to prepare paperwork for Board Meetings, but Board Members find using Boardpro much better too. It means everything is one central place for everyone to access. Cons I would have liked an option for "In Committee" or confidential notes to be taken. Pros Functionality - It's easy to use with everything where it needs to be and supports committee meetings well also. Cons As Chair, I need to have the agenda up as well as follow the meeting so i often print out the agenda and follow along online. it would be great if there was a chair set-up or dual screen mode or other option? Very little training required as the system is very intuitive and straight forward. Pros Logical and super simple to use. The setup process was easy with great resources online to help where needed and to provide basic level of training for Board members. The team at BoardPro are always on hand to help with training and clarify any issues. Pros Once you get the hang of it, it's super easy to use. It saves me so much time from collating a pile of PDFs and having to create page numbers, hyperlinks etc. The Board love being able to use it in the meetings and for pre-reads and it's great for taking minutes in the meeting too. It's nicely automated with action points and it's great to have everything in one place for everyone to access, including governance docs, policies etc. Great customer service too - very prompt and good information and advice. So pleased to have it! Cons It's not quite up to my normal standard of presentation with fonts and layout so I have to get over it looking a bit ugly!
