It allows our users to create meetings then maintain them through their gCal rather than the clunky SugarCRM meetings module. Cons In one word, reliability. We've run into many issues with the sync not working or with the plugin selectively syncing some meetings and not others. The error log shows that the RT Gsync job is working properly, but some meetings never get synced. Our users have lost trust in the system due to the reliability issues. I can set it and forget it. Cons Not able to sync multiple calendars. I wanted to be able to sync all the calendars I work with but it only syncs the primary calendar. Pros The possibility to merge with Gmail and smoothly create CRM opportunities, leads and other affine concepts, from my inbox. Truly amazing and valuable for those in a rush. Cons The installation process usually requires a technical level of expertise. This means that a regular user might run into trouble and hard times while trying to install the software.
