This problem could easily be fixed with a simple confirmation CTA message, just like when you go to delete a computer file. Just ask, "ARE YOU SURE?" That way, we wouldn't accidently be able to unsubscribe. Please, please, please fix this! **Pros:** I really loved Mailsuite, it helps to show how many people are opening our nonprofit org's newsletter. The tracking is very helpful and we appreciate it being free since we are limited on funds. I would have given 5 stars had it not been for one silly issue that could very easily be fixed: A simple confirmation message when someone accidentally hits "unsubscribe", so it can be undone! **Cons:** There was no confirmation CTA message that came up when I accidentally hit the unsubscribe link! That link is far too close to the X to "remove unsubscribe once". Since we already have the unsubscribe feature built into our Google Workspace for Nonprofits, we don't need two unsubscribes, so I have always just clicked the X link for remove once when sending out mass emails to our newsletter group. Well, apparently I clicked too close to the Unsubscribe and it unsubscribed our admin account and I could not even send an email to our group. I had to remove Mailsuite!
