### "Yardi Senior Living Suite 7S-Pros & Cons"

Overall, I find the Yardi Senior Living suite easy to use and the support to be outstanding. I look forward to continuing to collaborate with the Yardi support team and other users to continue to maximize the benefit for my organization. I look forward to implementing Voyager 8 in the future and working towards a "single stack" to manage our resident data. After attending YASC, I am feeling motivated, inspired and excited for all the changes and improvements to the Senior Living Suite.

Pros

I am currently using Voyager 7S for Senior Living. I specifically like the functionality of utilizing Rent Cafe for AR and working with the Yardi support team to maximize benefits of the product. We have customized our statements for resident billing and created community specific Rent Cafe log in sites.

Cons

Sometimes the creation of custom rules to meet our business needs can be time consuming, frustrating and capacity to customize is limited. 7S has some deficiencies that do not fully meet all of our current business needs, and we have to implement products outside of the Yardi suite to fully support all of our business needs.

### "Yardi Suite for Senior Living Overall "

Overall, the experience has been a positive one. There are some things I would like to have a more personal service experience with and have included but the ease of having everything in one place and the ability to drill down from beginning to end is a definite plus!

Pros

One of the best features is that it is a "One Stop Shop" of sorts. We have all of our financials, health, marketing, and billing all in one.

Cons

I do feel like the service piece of Yardi should be included with as much as this software costs. With any other software we use, we don't have to be worried about the number of service units we have left. I don't believe in the Yardi model of Train the Trainers. With a smaller company that is not always a practical request. If service was included, the team would be better trained and would be able to use the product much more efficiently and effectively.

Pros

I like the email system inside of it but that is about all. Nothing else I can say that I like about the system.

Cons

I've worked with many EHR's and this has to be the worst system. It is slow and archaic in its methods. The EMAR takes on average 11 minutes per person to pass meds because of how slow it is and not effective for passing meds. There are no good reports for LOC. They have NO emergency backup system other than it emailing to you. I would never use this as my EHR.

Overall, I like Yardi for our EHRx platform. The ease of use, and visual flow in the system. Support could be timelier and integrations take a long time to hear back on or work with. When I have tickets in, they are great about walking me through and giving me access to be able to make the necessary adjustments on our end.

Pros

Extremely easy to navigate for our Communities. Large resident profiles help new associates identify for resident safety and quick access. Digital Documents is easy to use and navigate as well. Ability to customize and ease on updating the assessments from my level.

Cons

Reporting areas, often times we need to have things fixed/turned on to get the data we are seeking in reporting areas. For the Carestream tasks, I would like to have the task populate at the time the task is due, often the care team has to prep before and it is hard to find who has tasks due when for the building to plan out your shift.

Nothing but satisfaction. Over the last several years Yardi has shown its dedication to the industry and our company. I truly enjoy working with them and the team we were assigned.

Pros

The Yardi team is just the tip of the iceberg. They go above and beyond to meet your company's needs and expectations. As for the products, I feel they are very user friendly and less intimidating than others I have worked with in the past. The next best thing are the continuous improvements and upgrades. Generally, software companies take years to update and improve their product. Not Yardi! Ask and you will see it in the next rollout.

Cons

I would love to see additional day to day tools we can use in our clinical roles such as 24 hour reports, At Risk reports, etc.

The one area that I feel Yardi far exceeds expectations is with the support they provide you as a customer. I have one main point of contact and she is amazing, if my need or request is beyond her scope she quickly assists me to navigate through the system to get the issue resolved.

Pros

Ability to look at data from different viewpoints and angles. Numbers tell a story but that story can look very different based on what data is pulled. It takes looking at an issue from many different angles to give a true overall picture and Yardi allows us this insight.

Cons

At times we have to request custom reports to get data in a format that will work specifically for our company needs. Overall, that is accomplished quicky and not unexpected to have a request such as these.

Overall it’s been great! We’ve been able to improve operations in our company by leveraging our relationship with Yardi. When we look at a bringing in a new product or vendor -Before we engage with another vendor, we start by asking Yardi, “Is there a solution that Yardi provides?” It’s been great for adoption of new tech and improving our relationships with our associates. Also - customer service is phenomenal. We have the best team with Yardi that I could ever ask for.

Pros

We have an all in one tech stack with Yardi - so data integrity and integration is something I never have to worry about!

Cons

I felt that Yardi had settled at one point with CRM - it was a take it or leave it mentality. Over the last year, I have seen a tremendous amount of changes that not only make it more competitive in the Senior CRM space, but Yardi is rolling out features that make sense for my team. They also are constantly sharing ways that we can make the experience better for our teams.

### "Great Customer Service!"

It has been great and Yardi is doing a great job to update the different senior applications. We look forward to upgrading to yardi 8 and adding on more applications

Pros

Customer support is great, we have \[sensitive content hidden\] as our account manager and she is on top of any issues that arise and helps us get quick resolutions.

Cons

Sometimes getting changes/updates in a TR can take a long time or not happen at all and Yardi still is not as Senior Housing driven but it is improving.

I love the whole concept in general of a system specifically geared towards senior living. I absolutely love and recommend this system all day.

Pros

I love the ease of use with Yardi Senior Living Suite. You can find not only the perfect senior living communities in the area but also health care professionals that fit your needs.

I haven't seen a chat function unless I have missed the location on the site.

Pros

Gets the job done. I don't use the interface very much, more of a user set up and close down, and that part is not too bad.

Cons

Seems like the servers are always extremely slow. Users complain at least once a month that things are causing them to be very frustrated just waiting for each page to load
