Pros: -Took a lot off our AP teams plate. Now utility invoices are automated on our end. -Automated utility billing to tenants, alleviating work from property staff.
Cons: -Yardi Energy Solutions has a strange billing structure. They bill random months later. It does not seem particularly logical.

Pros: Greatly relieved our AP staff of the burden of manually coding utility bills for 4000+ units. Streamlined tenant bill back of utilities.
Cons: The coders do make mistakes and are sometimes hard to reach. Given that invoices are processed off site it is hard to expedite past due balances.
