Now utility invoices are automated on our end. -Automated utility billing to tenants, alleviating work from property staff. Cons \-Yardi Energy Solutions has a strange billing structure. They bill random months later. It does not seem particularly logical. Streamlined tenant bill back of utilities. Cons The coders do make mistakes and are sometimes hard to reach. Given that invoices are processed off site it is hard to expedite past due balances.
