Pros It is very customizable. The JL team stressed that they wanted to build us something that was exactly how WE wanted it to function and had a very positive attitude about doing whatever it took to get it that way for us. Cons It seems a bit complicated if one is not very tech savvy. I hate to say that no one in our small organization is tech savvy at all so we really had to work hard at understanding all the ins and outs of the system. It is very detailed and in depth. As long as I take and keep a lot of notes it has actually worked out fine.
