Extremely useful even for less experienced revenue managers and small hotel owners.
Cons
It doesn't recognize data lines, have to manually show which line stands for what. Also, using CSV is very inconvenient.

"Effective Revenue Assistant"
Pros: Easy to use, action oriented, smart and efficient
Cons: need to customize one graph, very personal request

Overall: From the first moment, everything has been easy on Lybra's part. From implementing requested improvements to providing agile support for any query. Another aspect to highlight is how quickly they try to adapt to the current reality and make basic changes in their algorithm to have logical and effective answers.
Pros: Lybra is a very intuitive RMS, with a very friendly use and a technical support that solves any problem very quickly or satisfactorily answers any question. Another point that has most pleasantly surprised us is his dedication to the client and his willingness and total predisposition to adapt to our needs.
Cons: We have connected with Lybra in a time of inactivity and lack of demand so we have not been able to see any real problems in practice.
"Great tool"
Pros: A coprehensive revenue tool which combines rate shopping of competition, rates suggestion, financial performance analytics and flights demand in destination. Extremely useful even for less experienced revenue managers and small hotel owners.
Cons: Can be slow during the updates and also updates could be more frequent although i do not know if this has a real impact on the quality of output.

Overall: With data provided by Lybra we are able to make decision faster and for sure we can forecast and predict more accurate

Overall: I'm a revenue consultant, thanks to Lybra I have been able to increase the revenue for my customers year over year. Lybra provides me with the information I need to create and execute the strategy to maximize revenues of the hotels. The tools are easy to use and provide in-depth information so that I could make smart decisions.

Pros: Un software che cambia la vita, permette di ottimizzare e programmare le vendite con dati precisi e sempre aggiornati. E' molto più affidabile rispetto ad altri prodotti sul mercato e il team di formazione e assistenza è super!
Cons: nessun problema riscontrato, anzi ha portato molti miglioramenti all'azienda
"Herramienta con gran potencial y crecimiento"
Pros: Lybra es una herramienta que se ha adaptado en todo momento a nuestras necesidades y ha ido actualizándose con las propuestas o recomendaciones desde nuestro punto de vista. Los resultados previos a la pandemia demostraron un crecimiento en el RevPar. La integración fue muy sencilla y el customer service es impecable.
Cons: Hecho de menos un forecast agrupado mensualmente para las proyecciones pero está en desarrollo al haberlo solicitado.
"Le faltan algunas mejoras"
Pros: Es funcional y sencillo para trabajar. Me gusta mucho poder ver un pick up de 1, 3 y 7 días para 365 días.
Cons: No hay nada que no me guste, pero echo en falta pick up por tipo de habitación. Algún tipo de cambio de color en la recomendación de precio cuando el precio recomendado es menor o mayor.

Pros: Esta herramienta nos permite conocer nuestro posicionamiento en precio y cuota por nacionalidades en el mercado detectando oportunidades de mejora clara. La función de volumen de búsquedas de vuelos, nos permite anticipar la demanda hotelera en nuestros destinos, algo muy útil a la hora de planificar nuestras campañas de marketing digital y social.
Cons: Echo en falta más fuentes de información para abarcar una cuota de mercado superior y así tener una mayor fiabilidad en los datos.
