Pros: I have used other applicant tracking systems and Breezy is much easier to navigate , very user friendly. I can add my notes and attach assessments when needed. It is all always open for me and I add all notes there.

Cons: I have not tried the reporting piece yet and I need training on reporting function. I also understand that it is not possible to delete a candidate. We have a few duplicate entries and it would have been good if the system warned me that the candidate already exists.

I was responsible for choosing the ATS and I went with Breezy.

Pros: The price was great!
So easy to use and so easy to show others how to use it
For an organization that has never used a tracking system it was the right tool for us
I love the drag and drop feature
Support team was fantastic

Cons: It was somewhat basic, which is great for some organization but not ideal for others
The only thing that I found complicated was creating your Pipeline stages

Overall: I was able to show the organization that I was working for that a tracking system is very beneficial to hiring. Especially when there are so many roles open. It helped keep us organized and allowed for the different hiring manager to participate better in the process

Pros: Easy to use !
A huge time saving for candidate tracking
a reasonable price with what is done on the market
Support and new functionalities regularly update

Cons: I use it for a few weeks and I have not found any flaws yet
It will be great if Breezy HR could be connected with our local Joboard "ICT Jobs" who is one of the leader in Belgium

Overall: I gained Time, efficiency and money!

Pros: Breezy HR's pipeline is my favorite feature, allowing us to progress candidates through the pipeline as the take each step in the hiring process, while being able to assign different hiring managers to specific positions. It has greatly improved the efficiency of our hiring process and organized all submitted resumes and candidate documents.

Cons: Once you've archived a position, it isn't very simple to research the old position to review previous candidates for a different position.

High cost but effective.

Pros: The interface is very user friendly. It is easy to track each employee's information from interview, to selection, to schedules. This streamlines everything and makes it more efficient.

Cons: I could see the difficulty of using this software with larger companies. The more employees, the more complex it becomes and more difficult it is to use. It is also pretty expensive.

Pros: 1.Very user friendly user interface

Pros: As a team lead, I'm seeing a fantastic improvement in coordinatig with HR and colelagues from other teams around looking at prospects.

Cons: Sometimes, error handling is not specific enough. I hadn't been granted all needed rights in the beginning, and the system didn't notify me about that being the issue,

Pros: I like how easy it is to asign and share tasks and easily communicate with both the candidate and hiring team members. It's also very organized which helps me to keep candidates straight and know exactly where they are in the process

Cons: I wish there was a record of what I've completed. Sometimes I have to go back to make sure I've actually completed items. (sometimes tasks don't get asigned, but rather I am tagged in comments)

Pros: The ability to have all the info in one single platform, where I can share it with the people interested in the process.

Pros: The fact that it collects all of the information from every candidate in one place. I like the filters which can be created to move things along in an automated fashion.

Cons: Most of my frustrations with the software have been with our office understanding what rights they are bestowing on users.

Pros: Breezy is a great help for managing the interview process, from job postings to scheduling interviews, to following up on those interviews.

Cons: Integration can be a little tricky, and it may not be the best pick for large companies. It's worked great for us, though.

Pros: The interface can be overwhelming at first glance, but it is perfectly designed and user-friendly. The notification system is working properly and without any mistakes. Their mobile application is beast. A dashboard is easy to navigate and customization is limitless.

Cons: I don't like their mass email function. They have to improve their Customer Care Support as well as the cheaper price would be great at the moment.

Pros: Notifications as people apply. Being able to see all applicants on one screen and then easily access their resumes. Ability to have discussions with other reviewers within the software as we are creating the interview pool.

Cons: I have not encountered any issues to be a con with the Breezy software. It has been easy to use and is designed to create more efficiency to the hiring process.

Pros: Breezy is incredibly easy to use, and super intuitive. I like that we can take notes on each applicant, and the fact that we can reach out to them from one centralized location makes our lives very easy.

Cons: Nothing serious comes to mind. If we can customize the panes on the home screen, it would be super helpful (i.e. add/remove columns, or retitle existing ones).

Pros: Easy to set up and administer. The UI has all important functionality and I like the decisions the Breezy team took about whats in a particular step important and what not. The UI is intuitive and made it easy for the team to get up to speed

Cons: Some strange limitations. We are on a monthly plan for now and are not allowed to have our company URL for Breezy. As long as we stay on the monthly plan we have to use the breezy.com/company/... URL which is quite irritating

Overall: Simple yet powerful tool to manage the recruiting needs of a growing company

Pros: I love. Your communication skills I can truthfully track every customer in a very fast way and this is very agile for the company.

Cons:
It is a little expensive, in addition if you require more information of a candidate, you have to make an additional payment for everything. and that plays against us sometimes but the rest I have no complaints

Pros: Best Applicant Tracking System i have ever used! Easy to use, does a great job at integrating with job boards, great customization, great support

Cons: Pricing structure changes often so you could be missing out on features unless you "upgrade" but even at current pricing there are priced very low comparable to other software.

Pros: Breezy is very intuitive; I was using it within an hour with no training or demos. The drag-and-drop pipeline workflow is seamless. The resume parsing is accurate 90% of the time, doing as well as it can with some candidates' odd formatting of their resumes. The free Bootstrap version is what has truly sold me, as I don't have a pressing need for anything more at the moment, but 100% plan to upgrade once I outgrow Bootstrap.

Cons: There are sometimes one-too-many clicks to get to various settings options. However this may be more a function of most of the UI being so seamless that settings are clunky by comparison. Also there are sometimes responsiveness issues with the UI, like text stacking on itself and going outside its container. This is just a matter of working through and tightening up the backend code, which I'm sure will happen over time. Any other downfall is due to having the Bootstrap version which is my issue and not Breezy's.

Breezy HR is a helpful, simple way to review large numbers of applicants in an organized way.

Cons: There are very few things I do not like about it. There is a weird issue with the search bar where I have to click on the candidate's name and cannot simply hit "enter" to go to their profile, but this is minimal and is the only negative thing I can think of to say.

Pros: Ease of use. Pretty intuitive, you don't have to be an ATS expert to figure out how to use it. When you do need help the HELP section is easy to follow. Online chat help is always responsive within a few minutes.

Cons: I wish there was a way to email RECRUITERS separately inside the app without including the candidate on the email.

Pros: Streamlined process - the customizations with the pipelines are extremely helpful. Our hiring teams are able to collaborate effectively with the use of Breezy HR.

Cons: Breezy HR isn't as well known as other softwares in the market and therefore, when working with other vendors (i.e. sourcing tools), there are limitations with integrations.

Pros: I've only used Breezy HR for a few weeks and I'm already loving it. It is easy to use -- very intuitive -- and makes the hiring process streamlined for my team. You get candidates and they go through "holding buckets." If you like Agile, it's similar a "to do", "in progress" and "done." You could do automation too so that when a new hire applies a position, they get an automated response right away.

Cons: I can't think of anything that I don't like about this software yet But if there was anything, it would be the view if you have a smaller monitor. It could be a little tricky when scrolling up and down in a pop-up window.

Overall: Makes hiring new staff easy. Has automation and email templates for communication.

I love the ease of use and that you really don't need any training in order to use it.

Pros: I like being able to search a candidate by name, save template letters, getting notified on my email when I have a message or applicant. Breezy is everything you need!

Cons: Nothing really. Alot of us are use to drop and drag to add a resume. I do wish there was a way to add resumes without storing them in my computer- however, this is so minor I don't even care.

Overall: Very helpful when you are sourcing for 15 positions and you have to keep up with the applicants.

Pros: I wish I had found Breezy the day they launched. The ability to track, communicate, and collaborate on all of our candidates in one easy platform was game changing. We use it for every hire now and can't imagine going back.

Things we love:
Collaborating in Breezy
Communicating directly with candidates
Tracking all communication and ensuring we're not opening ourselves to liability
Posting to multiple job boards

Cons: You have to pay for most everything. Getting more views on your candidate, extra features, etc. But that's all normal and expected.

Overall: So many. It made our hiring process 10x easier.

Pros: Breezy is very intuitive and super easy to use for everyone in the team. It helps the hiring team be on the same page and keep processes transparent.
It also saves a lot of time with the automated emails, questionnaires, etc.
Overall, Breezy helps you keep all openings super organized, which is extremely helpful, especially when the company is growing fast and you have multiple openings.

Pros: I like that I get FAST feedback when I have a question (which have been few - because it is SUPER easy to use). We have already found 6 new trainers through the service (less than 2 months!). I'm so glad I switched from a previous service (it cost more... and had LESS results). We have been receiving TOP NOTCH applicants. The reports are great and easy to understand. You will NOT go wrong using BreezyHR!

Cons: I do not have a negative at this time... I've been using the system right at 60 days with NO complaints!

Overall: Reliable! User friendly, cost effective... and works!

Pros: The software is easy to use I like the UX. Communication between hiring managers and recruiters is very straight forward

Cons: There is no phone support. Which is just bizarre to me. Whenever I try to get a question answered I get a screenshot of something that is not relevant. The reporting is either inaccurate or very difficult to do.

Makes my work a whole lot easier and my staff love the ease of use!

Pros: Simple UX, clear overview (looks like a CRM for HR), great for only team communication and applicant evaluation (we have offices in 4 countries, with HR being at the HQ, whilst hiring managers spread across).

Cons: More automation possibilities and Zapier triggers/actions would be great, so we may skip more repetitive tasks.

Overall: Clear overview of open positions across the company as well as of the hiring process. It is super easy to internally evaluate candidates and move them from one stage to another. It's great in displaying their CV directly in the tool, without the need to download each file.

Cons: The interface should be more lightweight I have been using this for the last couple of months and found very useful tools for our recruitment process. Hope they will also improve their bugs too and update frequently.

Pros: I appreciate the possibility to communicate with candidate within Breezy and do not have to jump in/out of the tool. Also, the 'Team Discussion' tab gained a lot of popularity within the hiring teams.
And in addition, moving the candidates between pipeline stages with one click is super efficient!

Overall: Time saved with candidates communication and having their all information in one place. I have found no major challenges we were not able to overcome. And if there was something we required to resolve we always got 100% support from the team.

Decent solution, some bugs, some missing features.

Pros: The pipeline flow is very nice. It's great to see an overall view of the entire hiring pipeline in one view.

Cons: BreezyHR does not allow teammates to see each other's reviews of a candidate even after a hiring decision has been made. This is very unfortunate because there should be transparency among the team. I want to know what my other teammates thought of a candidate. I want my teammates to know what I valued in an interview.
1) Quite a few bugs
2) Always misformats a canidate's resume. This can be very confusing.
3) Occasionally doesn't render candidates information, instead renders some sort of Angular template.

Pros: I think they did a wonderful job with the design and functions in Breezy HR. It's very user friendly and allows you an easy process flow. Managing open jobs, candidate applications, communication within the team and with candidates, ratings and interview feedback are just a few awesome features that allow you to stay on top of your HR and recruiting processes. It makes it easy to push candidates through the different steps of the funnel and posting a new position is done within minutes.

Cons: I do wish there was an easier way of reviewing multiple candidates by being able to click through resumes consecutively. Right now I have to open a resume, process the candidate, and click back to the list of applicants.

Pros: So we have been live for 4 weeks now, and wow, super easy to use. We were up and live in under an hour. I can automate every work flow, score applicants based on custom questions; stream-out unqualified ones and auto-respond to highly qualified ones. Templates for emails, questionnaires, reference checks. Video interview questions and reference checks. I can drag an drop an applicant into a 'phone screen' workflow and they automatically get an email invite to my calendar. With auto-declines, we love that we can respond to everyone who applies. We have a work flow for people out-of-country, and over-qualified, so we can personalize our decline email. Our team loves getting to input feedback on applicants and build their own interview guides to score. We have used at least 3 ATS in the past, and demo'd a dozen more, this is by far the best we have seen. Really, really impressed so far. If you're looking for an ATS, demo this one.

Overall: Saves an incredible amount of time by automating processes. The ads and job board looks great. It's improved the quality of our communication and follow-up time with applicants. All around, we love it.

Pros: The visual candidate pipeline is terrific. It keeps our whole team on track, and makes sure no candidate slips through the cracks. At a glance, I know where each candidate is in the process and how long it's been since they applied. Basically, it's great for getting the process streamlined and standardized. Also, the customer service team rocks! They always respond quickly, and they always get me the answers I need. It's one of my favorite things about Breezy HR.

Cons: When scheduling an appointment, it would be nice to select a block of time within which a candidate could choose to meet. As it stands, if we're available to meet for 30 minutes anytime within an 8-hour period, I have to manually select the 16 separate appointment times that we have available.

Pros: It is very easy to use and has all the features you need to stay organized with candidate flow. As an experienced recruiter, it took me very little time to understand how to manage Breezy HR to it's fullest potential. You can basically take someone who might not have any recruiting experience and teach them correct recruiting processes with a tool like Breezy HR. One of the other attributes is their chat customer support feature, where you can provide a question and someone gets right back to you as if you were already connected. I definitely recommend this tool, which is way more reasonable than some of the other candidate tracking tools out there.

Cons: Not really any super big cons. I wish the copy of a candidate function to another job was a little bit more clear and easy. Not a big deal.

Overall: Makes my world easy as a recruiter and keeps me accountable in providing a good candidate experience.

Comments: Overall, it works for the small department that we have so far. We are excited to see what additions there will be in the near future.

Pros: I love that customer service responds to inquiries within 5 minutes through chat heads. I love the pricing for the features which include video interviewing, e-signatures, emails and automated references. Definitely saves time on my end as the Recruiter.

Cons: I don't like that it doesn't come with a customizable reporting feature. Customer service is always open to feedback though, so they may work on integrating that feature into their software.

Pros: the part i like the most is the notes section and that you added the resume printing feature which makes it easy to print.

Cons: I haven't been able to explore it in depth so I am not sure what I dislike. I will make sure to report once we start using it more. Pros: Breezy is very easy to use and get started. They take a ton of pain out of the search and also make it very easy to manage candidates (background checks too). Out of all hiring software I tried, I like their interface the most. I also, really enjoyed their scorecard system and career portal. Overall I would say they just don't get in your way and make hiring very seamless. Free for small searches doesn't hurt either!

Cons: Breezy doesn't really offer some of the features of more expensive platforms. It's free for small searches and easy to use, with that comes some drawbacks. It doesn't have duplicate detection and it's automated filling in of contacts from resumes is very hit or miss. The scorecards are great, but don't change them after you start working on them or else you'll wipe everyone's previous cards. The interview guides were cool, but totally useless for us as they were very rigid in there design and didn't allow our interviewers to work well with them.

Overall: Hiring, background checks, career portal, scoring candidates, automated resume parsing

Pros: Easy to use. Easy to track and understand and share among a team. The price is right for the level of functionality.

Cons: Some UI bugs/ease of use issues with dragging profiles.
I am slightly adverse to using the email functionality because it doesn't include taglines and you can't see two way communications

Pros: Pipeline steps.
It's interesting to use a default pipeline or to create a specific pipeline for each open position.

Cons: HR Analytics and Disqualified profiles.
It could be useful to Diqualified profiles for each Recruitng Steps (Sourced, Applied, Interview,and so on).

Pros: Incredibly easy to setup. Once your process is built, the system runs everything! Even documents are able to be signed, meetings with candidates scheduled, and I am learning new features daily!

Cons: There are little details like being able to batch move candidates from my application stage to a pool that I wish we available, but there are ways to work around this. Not a huge issue.

Pros: The software is no brainer to use. I am used to tools like Trello, so it was intuitive for me. The user interface is very colorful. The data is very well organized.

Cons: The communication system. The chat system is not interactive enough but that's ok. Other than that, nothing.

Pros: - the UI/UX is simple and clean; logical to navigate + easy to use
- great features to schedule interviews, automate emails/questionnaires/feedback, etc.
- chrome extension lets you pull in candidates from LinkedIn, AngelList, etc.

Cons: - not a ton of integrations with HRIS systems yet, but getting better!
- sometimes a few small bugs with the Chrome extension

Overall: Great features, similar to all of the major players in the ATS market, but at a fraction of the cost. The team is very friendly and responsive - always quick and eager to help with questions or requests.

Overall, Breezy is awesome for the price and gets the job done

Pros: The overall ease of use of seeing the entire pipeline in one page, the cost for what you get is amazing, having everything right there for the candidate to email and make notes, and of course, the drag and drop in the pipeline and setting up stages is easy as well. Adding in the individual guides for the positions for interviewers is also a nice compliment to the interview process.

Cons: We transitioned from a very robust and expensive ATS, so there's some limitations to Breezy. As a coordinator, I'm always on the calendar invites, so it clogs my calendar. You can't move a candidate to a different position without duplicating it then deleting the original, so you lose work. Not being able to cc others in an email to the candidate. Having the calendar invite through Breezy always include the "breezy links" so we have to invite candidates through our gmail calendar. Not allowing recruiters to see the status or get a status notification of their candidates, so I'm constantly updating them. Not being able to edit or delete a comment made, so if there is comp figures or a mistake made, it's there forever. Filter attributes are a little messy.

Pros: Ease of use and reachness of functionalities. These guys do know what makes an awesome ATS, that is easy to work with. Their automation is OUTSTANDING. Plus we loved that they have BambooHR integration. It was "make it or break it" deal. When you hire someone, to have their data posted to your HRMS with a click of a button is AWESOME.

Cons: Mobile app could be a bit better. Everything we needed they've been able to provide us with: questionnaires, video interviews, reference checks and it's ability to customize. Well, we were not able to add our own "custom hosted" video link, since it is not on YouTube...and Job board would be nice to have a bit more functionalities. But other than that, it was a Breezy to get setup in under 4 hrs...forget about it with other "bigger systems." That's why we decided NOT to go with Greenhouse, because it is a bit too complex for what we need.

Pros: As we are not a big team, Breezy HR has been a huge help in organizing and taking care of recruiting.
We created several pipelines for candidates and were able to set up a well arranged recruitment process in no time. Automation features like triggered follow up emails and questionnaires reduce the workload of our HR and make sure that every possible candidate gets an answer to his application.

Breezy has enabled us to more effectively recruit and interview candidates

Pros: Breezy consolidates all our hiring concerns and provides all team members an equal voice in the process.

Cons: Breezy has caused confusion and leads us to some trial and error with regards to permissions, specifically when sharing updates and ensuring only those with permission are presented the info.

Overall: Efficient use of time and consolidation of hiring concerns.

Pros: This software is not only easy to use but consists of so many fabulous features. It can link to our company LinkedIn account and I am able to filter through the candidates quicker and easier than logging into LinkedIn every-time. It holds and stores all the information for each candidate such as CV's, contact information and I can email them from the candidates profile its just so simple!

As I am currently developing and forming a HR department, this software is going to be utilised more and more over the upcoming months and it will grow with me. Easy to manage and control I am just so happy with it.

Cons: With the free version, you can only use one role at a time so this wouldn't be very helpful to many businesses.

Overall: Everything! We are less likely to use recruiters and build and in-house operation using Breezy we are so excited! I am on the free subscription at the minute as I am just building but I will be switching this month to a paid version so we can make use of the other features.

Breezy HR is a wonderful recruiting tool of this new era

Pros: What is helpfull the most is the organization of the stages on each pipeline. Everything moves smothly and trustfull.

Cons: The appearance of the letters are to light. I requested to be more darker, but didn't have that future yet.

Pros: Very good pricing and demos are great. They have a good customer services in case you run into any issues

Cons: Reporting features could be better but depends on how indepth your company uses reports. Hard to manually upload resumes

Pros: It's so easy to use and to manage large groups of people who are applying without getting overwhelmed managing all the pieces. I was able to manage it basically by myself by adding filters, moving people through the pipeline and administering a project-based interview exercise. It was fantastic!

Cons: Can't upload Excel and other types of docs. But I just instructed people to convert into Pdf amd didn't have issues after that. The program work as is a great value for the money

Overall: A new employee!

Pros: Hiring is a long process , Breezy save a lot of time. And for kne job is free. As a startup it's pretty nice compare to what you can pay with other services

Pros: The ability to move candidates from one stage to the other, the customization of the responses to the candidates based on the recruiting stages that they are in. It is easy to navigate and the ability to access from multiple devices.

Cons: After 20 days or so of a position being posted, the candidate flow decreases and there is a need to refresh the job posting to increase the candidate flow. The challenge with Breezy is that job postings must be disabled or placed on a draft status for 24 hours in order for them to refresh or move to the top of the job listing in the career sourcing websites such as Indeed, Glassdoor, etc.
This causes a delay with the candidate flow and also a gap with the time to fill or time to hire reporting.
