The feedback from our trainers has been very positive too, they especially like the recent speed grading update. Cons There is so much potential for what you can do with it, I wish I knew more but if I do every have an issue or question I know I can contact the help desk who are extremely helpful and provide a quick turnaround time. The program has some very strong features but has some bugs and needs some enhancements. The support has been very solid. Will be good to see the changes over the next 12 months. Sometimes it seems the support around Head Office in Australia is lacking and the burden falls all on one person.
