From getting accurate reports to properly assess the business to stopping human error from ringing out customers incorrectly. I can only assume the benefits will increase as we use it. I am anxious to see how the customer service is in the long run. So far so good. Pros I liked the seamless operation of the software. Everything inside of the BrewPOS works beautifully together. It is very easy to navigate and making use stress free, which is very important. Pros BrewPOS has all the functionality needed for daily and managerial operations, is incredibly intuitive and easy to use, is rock solid, and has customer support that is exceptional! It can operate both with and without internet access and was developed specifically for beverage and food service. The reporting capability is complete and flexible. All the data can be quickly and easily exported to Microsoft Excel for analysis. Cons Currently BrewPOS lacks full inventory analysis for beverages. Yes the inventory system currently is a simple inventory, meaning it tracks whats sold and will count down amounts you have in the system, Currently it is not fully functional with receiving and relieving and ordering.
