It easily installs into the salesforce application and allows me to quickly download, view, and export all my files. I love that I can track all of the data in a secure manner.
It is also very easy to use and navigate, so even if you are not completely confident in finding what you are looking for, you can usually troubleshoot fairly easily.
We can add, track, secure,open , close , any thing can do by this one application.one of the best platform for data management in a easy to find way.
I also love the hand gesture feature which works as shortcut to my desired files. Ability to rename multiple files as a batch is another plus to me.
Cons
Every time you go out from the app you had to browse all the entire path from the beginning with a big loss of time.
When I compress files with a password protection, it comes damaged on windows.
I would like the module to be part of the ES File Explorer package to avoid inconveniences in case I have no data.
Searching for files takes to long and requires more hard drive space to store data offline.
"The Best Android File Explorer"
Overall: ES File Explorer has simplified my life when it comes to managing my files on Android. In fact, it is a must have file explorer for anyone on an android platform. I give it a five star rating on functionality
Pros: I like the app because: > I can back up my apk files either on phone memory or memory card. > I can open multiple windows and easily swipe from one window to another. > My files can be backed up on sky drive, directly from ES File Explorer. > The app is capable of showing hidden files, which cannot happen with the default File Explorer. > ES can show files that have been recently added into the phone or SD Card, this includes documents, pictures, videos audios etc. Another good thing is that it shows the location of these new files. > It has an inbuilt cleaner to keep the office health. > I also love the hand gesture feature which works as shortcut to my desired files. > Ability to rename multiple files as a batch is another plus to me.
Cons: However, there are some features which I would have loved ES File Explorer to work on. > When I compress files with a password protection, it comes damaged on windows. I wish this was fixed. > I would wish to have the windows split so I could see the two windows at the same time. > Would be happy to have multiple themes. The current themes are just very few. > There was a time I wanted to extract a zipped file soon after reinstalling ES, just to be asked to download a module to extract the file. I would like the module to be part of the ES File Explorer package to avoid inconveniences in case I have no data. > Graphics/User Interface should also be improved if possible.

Pros: Moving to use of the cloud storage from Private system ensures that all records from selected objects and uploads them as CSV files to Google Drive and/or Dropbox using file explorer. This DMS is so fast and easy to use.
Cons: I'm more familiar with Google Workspace, but it's easy enough to implement.

Pros: With this application you can properly organize your files and place them in folders so they’re easily accessible.
Cons: When using the search feature it takes forever to complete the search, it search however it takes long to locate all the files using specific keywords.

Overall: This has absolutely simplified running my business and managing my files. I feel confident in running my business because my files are backed up, cleaned up, and organized.
Pros: It easily installs into the salesforce application and allows me to quickly download, view, and export all my files. I love that I can track all of the data in a secure manner. The tool is consistent and reliable and very easy to navigate.
Cons: There are sometimes bugs due to errors with password protection and I am not satisfied with the functionality and ease of use of the digital signature feature.
