The customer success managers are knowlegable and very friendly. Pros Motivity is user friendly w/ a library of skills, and the option to create your own skills and library. All skills can be customized. Cons Motivity does not always sync the session notes w/ Aloha ABA. I'm still learning, it may be that the system needs to reboot to sync. Pros Personally I did not like the program. It's really focused on engineers and daily reports rather than office functionality. Cons Motivity is not Admin/Office software. There's no option to create Purchase Orders, Invoices Quotations. It's not a software to help you run day-to-day administrative tasks of a business.
