"Good for Small Agencies"

**Overall:** It's good but the interface seems oldish, if UI/UX can be made better this is a very nice tool. You can deifinetly go ahead if you;re a small firm

**Pros:** That I can do multiple thigns in additions to sending bulk mails, like connecting LinkedIn, tracking the link clicks and framing the next mail as per the link which was clicked

**Cons:** Lags alot, the list clean feature is very bugy. High effort when adding prospects that's the only thing which I don't like

"Promising onboarding claims did not match actual sending limits"

**Overall:** My experience changed after onboarding. While the software itself is easy to use, the early-stage sending restrictions did not align with what I understood prior to purchase. Because of this, I switched to Mailchimp, where I was able to send a 30,000-email campaign almost immediately. Additionally, I was offered a $50 bill credit in exchange for leaving reviews on multiple platforms. While incentives are not uncommon, it did raise questions for me about how representative the overall ratings are when reviews are incentivized. I would recommend that prospective users carefully review initial sending limits, warm-up requirements, refund policies, and how reviews are collected before committing.

**Pros:** The platform has a clean interface and is easy to navigate. Campaign setup is straightforward, and the sequencing tools are simple to use for organizing outbound email outreach

**Cons:** The initial sending limits were much lower than expected. At signup, I understood that I would be able to send up to 2,000 emails per day, ramping up to 10,000 emails per day as the email domain warmed up. After raising concerns, I was told that my account could be set to send 1,000 emails per day immediately based on the number of mailboxes I had. During a live Q&A session, I was told this change was being made, and I also received an email confirming that it had been updated. However, more than 24 hours later, the sending limit remained unchanged at roughly 310 emails per day. This lack of follow-through was frustrating and materially impacted campaign timelines. When I attempted to cancel due to these issues, a refund was denied.

**Alternatives Considered:** [Mailchimp](https://www.capterra.com/p/110228/MailChimp/)

**Reasons for Choosing Mailshake:** I chose milkshake solely based on the pricing and the integration with my CRM, only to find out there were severe limitations on what I could do that weren't disclosed upfront. I switched to MailChimp

**Switched From:** [Google Docs](https://www.capterra.com/p/160756/Google-Docs/)

**Reasons for Switching to Mailshake:** Based on what I was told in the sales process, it sounded like to me that it was gonna be a great value and fit my needs, but unfortunately it didn't
