It flows better than most CRM tools I've ever used - monitoring how many emails I've sent, checking the status of specific prospects and managing my team is all super easy. Cons There aren't many issues that I've faced but if I could add one feature it would be to integrate a way of storing and dialling phone numbers of my prospects. Pros It's very easy to use and the price is lower than the competitors that I've tried over the years. The UI is intuitive and for the past 10 years (on and off) it's always been reliable. Cons I still wish the price was a bit lower, but it's cheaper than the others I've tried, such as SalesHandy and Instantly.ai. Time is my most valuable currency currently. As a self employed finance and insurance broke, I have no time in googling prospects and writing them emails in a way, so that my emaila dress doesn't get flagged as spam and than following up in the right time period, etc. All that is done by Mailshake. that's perfekt for me. Pros I totally like, the automation of the email outreach. I don't have to monitor everything. Just set up the mails and the prospects and let's go. My work after setting all up is just collecting the leads and updating prospects. Another cool addition is, that Mailshake also finds prospects for you. I totally love it and I already have recommended it to some friends. Mailshake makes your life easier. Customer support is very helpful and very quick in solving problems. They also explain it to you in a way everyone understands. I will use Mailshake for all my email outreach campaigns. The best part of it is, that i don't send anything out, but everything is sent out from my email adress. Cons There is nothing i dislike. Mailshake totally filfills everything they promise. Pros After the initial setup phase that I had had a slight degree of difficulty navigating, because it was so new to me, I was able to find the features I was most excited about using and get right into warming up my newly added domain, shortly after the initial 2 weeks of warm up period, I was able to launch my first campaign. I love how easy the process is. Cons I had some difficulty in the beginning connecting my email account, but after I got over that hiccup, everything else was pretty easy to navigate. The deliverability’s been solid and I can track clicks and replies right in the dashboard. Honestly it just works. Pros It’s really simple to use and does exactly what I need without being bloated. I’ve used tools like Lemwarm and Apollo before, and honestly Mailshake just feels less overwhelming. Super easy to set up a sequence and get started. No fluff. Gets straight to it. Cons Not really a con, but it doesn’t have as many features as some other platforms. Like you can’t source leads or do deep prospecting inside the tool itself. I guess that’s not the point of it tho—it’s more about the outreach. Taking help of the AI function to prepare email templates. 3. Getting suggestions to not use spammy words and receiving alternate suggestions. 4. Realising lots of burden with the email warmup feature. 5. Graphic data features to check deliverability of email accounts. Cons I have not come across anything that I didn't like about MailShake. I also enjoy the live online sessions, where they give tips on how to write better emails, teach new users how to use the platform, and answer questions about the platform. Not to mention that customer support is super fast and accessible, and they're always innovating, such as using AI within the platform to write better emails. Cons A/B testing can be a bit confusing, as when we try to move a contact from A to B, it always gives an error. We make it easy for you to cancel your subscription at any time and you have historical access to all subscription charges in your billing section of your account. While we typically don't provide refunds, we do understand missing your renewal can happen, and we did make an exception and provided a prorated refund in this case since you didn't intend to renew and it had been a few months past the renewal.
