We quickly identified many difficulties during the sign-up process of our customers which would never come to our mind. Really worth to try. Cons No important cons found yet. Pros Smartlook provides a lot of information needed for qualitative analysis which is useful if I want to see what others are searching for and clicking on websites. Especially the duration spent on the page is quite interesting. Cons I would love to see the ip addresses link to a map view with geographical locations.
