I love the option to set reminders for tasks. If I had a way to implement the features I mentioned above it would be absolutely perfect. Pros KanBan makes it so much easier to keep track of day to day tasks and deadlines. I title my boards by date so that if I have a document come back that requires another document to go out at a certain time I simply add it to the board for that date. It's perfect! Cons I wish that I could carryover tasks I didn't get to to the next days board. Also, there doesn't seem to be a way to organize your boards the way you'd like. There is the option to create tags but I haven't seen a search feature either. Reasons for choosing KanBan I liked the layout and features much better. I like being able to color code tasks to create categories within projects! I also really enjoy how customizable the swimlanes are, so you can have different columns to fit any project you are working on. I like to create projects for upcoming tasks, work in progress tasks, and completed tasks, and it's great to be able to drag and drop created tasks as you go! The software is amazing for people who work well with visual progress. Kanban allows you to make not only multiple to do lists, it is highly customizable. You can add descriptions, and priorities as well as the amount of progress you make with the tasks. It has been incredibly helpful for my keeping track of my research work Cons Although an amazing tool, it isn't yet as developed for cellphones and data syncing, so you can have the same task manager for all platforms.
