I can get on even if I am not there to make sure all classes are in ratio. When we are inspected it is easy to get the information from the admin dashboard making inspection go smoother. Our parents are happy getting updates throughout the day and they have a greater appreciation for what we do as they see the photo's and daily notes of activities their children are involved in. Pros I love how easy is is to use. You don't need a technical degree to use the app. I like the daily note that goes out at the end of the day. Our parents love getting our messages. Cons I can not wait until the meal menu comes out. That would make this app even better. The dashboard is helpful in seeing the overall program. Cons Does not currently have a 1-page program for our infant and toddler teachers to use to record the child's daily feeding and diapering. Do not change anything you guys are doing! I would personally like to see curriculum being an option to add, however this is not an issue at all at the moment for me. Pros I love how it is everything that I want in a school system and mobile app for my daycare parents. I cannot county and less complements given each day and the appreciation for saving resources such as paper to simply provide notes. This app is completely perfect. It has everything I need from real-time updates to the capability of having communication between parents and teachers. I have done my research with several other apps but I have found not one like Ticks and Tots. Quicker communication with parents. Let's teachers spend more time with children rather than spend time writing notes or reminders to parents Pros The Calendar feature color-codes different events which is unique compared to other apps. Wishlist feature. I can directly update my social media pages from the Directors Dashboard. Saves a lot of time, energy and paper. Customer support is great. Cons Right now, teachers can send photos and messages and updates about the day to Parents, but there needs to be a way to send daily notes. Shouldn't be too difficult to include...
