### "Seemingly Fraudulent Cancellation Practices"

After I decided I did not need the software as it was too cumbersome to use and there are many other user-friendly options available, I attempted to cancel. It has been over a month now and they continue to charge my credit card. The sales rep even admitted that Yardi is very difficult to cancel. I've contacted numerous people and nobody can help. How can that be? My next step is to cancel the credit card and submit a fraud request. You have been warned.

Pros

Nothing. It is very difficult to use. Much easier software out there.

Cons

The cancellation has been a nightmare. Attempted to contact customer support and about 4 others through e-mail to cancel. All telling me to contact someone else.

You can't go wrong with Yardi Breeze. It will make your life so much easier!

Pros

Simple, easy to use. User friendly. It was very instinctual from day one. There's a logic in the flow of information.

Cons

We would like to see a bit of customization to some reports. Particularly the rent roll. We have a owner that would like more detail on the payments.
