Pros

Simple and easy to use. I love the features it has that allows us to communicate with our tenants. The accounting features are simple and allow us to go paper free!

Cons

Coming from Realpage and having multiple properties, Yardi makes daily tasks much easier when working with tenants.

Pros

We love how easy to use the software is. It is very user friendly and the chat option is great for the times we need assistance.

We haven't yet encountered any particular aspect of Yardi Breeze that we have not enjoyed.

### "A Breeze for Canadians"

We left another PM Software to come to Yardi Breeze. I like how there are Canadian specific tools and functionality that the competitor doesn't offer. Being able to mass-email rent increases with Canadian specific legal docs in 30 seconds makes streamlining operations so much faster and easier.

Pros

The dashboard can be customized to each team member, giving quick insights into how the company as a whole is performing and what tasks need to be focused on.

Cons

The lack of integrations with other pm systems. The integrations are available when clients upgrade to Voyager, but that's a very expensive software, it would be nice to plug and play with an open API in Breeze.

Yardi Breeze staff has been great to deal with, so helpful. The software is easy to go thru.

Pros

Breeze is a very easy software to navigate and help is always a button away. I really like how easy it is to train my new staff on how to use Breeze.

Cons

As with anything new, there is a learning curve. But with the learning curve, the Breeze support team was there to help.

It does so much more than you think you just have to work it! Yardi is simple but if you want to use it to its fullest you just have to watch videos and use the help tab because I am sure it does more than you think!

Pros

Yardi Breeze is extremely user friendly and simple to learn. Over my career I have learned 3 different accounting systems, and this is by far my favorite.

Cons

One feature that I miss from some of the other systems I have used is the ability to find a transaction based on amount. Sometimes I find myself hunting for a single transaction for a good amount of time.

My overall experience with using Yardi Breeze is extremely positive. I don't have any complaints, and I have more to explore

Pros

I like that Yardi is very user friendly with all applications. When I have a question, Yardi's chat is also extremely useful tool. I like that when I input insurance information, which were struggling to keep up with, it let's us know when a tenant is nearing their expiration date.

Cons

Currently, I do not have any cons when it comes to Breeze and if I come across something I do not understand, the Breeze team have always been there for me.

We have been wowed with the overall performace of YardiBreeze Preimer and by the improvements they continue to make.

Pros

Yardi Breeze Preimer is great because you can do MultiFamily leasing and Commercial leasing. Being able to integrate RentCafe to our website has been a function we didn't have previously. This has reduced our need for paper applications.

Cons

The Filtering functions could use some improvements when pulling data.

Some products are available in the USA before Canada and we have to Wait for these.

We have been with Yardi for over 2 years now and it has gotten easier with time. There are still some glitches that could be worked out, but the crew is easy to reach to try to work through things.

Pros

It's almost like a one stop shop, you can create customer/tenant accounts, reach out to them, and also take payments all in one place.

Cons

Sometimes the reports we use aren't easy to find. That being said, support is usually available via chat or feedback.

Pros

I was new to the commercial industry and to Yardi Breeze. The help section and the customer service has been great!

Cons

It seems to be geared towards the residential side and there is so much that can be done on the commercial side. It would be great if it had more features for the commercial side

Cons

Only thing I don't like is moving payment from one unit to another within the property don't allow to pick correct unit owner, only same unit keep showing under drop down menu for to re-apply, have to go thru manual process to take care. Hope see this issue resolved soon.

Yardi breeze is very user friendly, easy to navigate. It is also great to access from any computer as it is web driven.

Cons

I don’t have any complaints. The east of reporting and downloading into excel is a plus.

There have been very few things I haven't been able to figure out a way to do. Customer chat responses are pretty good, but issues that have to be escalated to other departments take days to resolve.

Pros

User interface is clean and easy to use. I have many different entities and having them all in one system is great.

Cons

Requests for seemingly simple improvements are not responded to. Building custom reports myself is very limited. Support response times are too long - there is no sense of urgency when the issue is critical.

Overall, we have had a very positive experience with Yardi Breeze. We have the total control of our leasing and financial data for each property in one place. The ability to log in anywhere through the web-based portal makes our team more efficient.

Pros

Yardi Breeze gives us the control over our tenant data & financial data in one place. Making it easy to run different reports for performance metric analysis.

Cons

The financial reporting doesn't have comparable financial statement reporting.

Overall, my experience has been good! When I do get to chat with support, they are generally very helpful.

Pros

I would say end-of-month activities have been more streamlined with some of the updates that were made.

Cons

It would be interesting to have a platform to correspond with other Yardi users to pull common suggestions together to be able to submit to support. I've left feedback once before, but I'm unsure how realistic it is to address just one person's feedback. It would also be nice to know when chat support is available and when it is not. More often than not, in the last couple months I've been prompted to send an email as opposed to being able to chat with a live agent.

That I am able to chat in with Support during the day.

That I have continually told them that there are multiple issues with accounts that have multiple units (especially with move out of one unit), and nothing gets changed.

Yardi has been a simple and elegant solution for my property management needs. Being able to ask questions and resolve issues via chat is quick and easy.

Pros

Yardi Breeze is so simple to use! It is intuitive and connects the dots with minimal input from staff.

Cons

There are a few less features than in Breeze Premier or, of course, Voyager. However, for the cost, it's a no-brainer for market rate property management.

I like the highly responsive chat team who is there to assist with everyday tenant business if needed.

Cons

When a tenant prospect changes their mind on a property location choice the original choice seems to be stuck with their record for the life of the lease.
