It's been a life saver coming from someone who use to file documents in actual file cabinets. YES!!! I've been here a long time lol!! I would highly recommend them to anyone considering using them. Pros We have been using EasyFile for years now for all of our filing storage and it has been very easy to use and train staff how to use. I also like that it is easy to integrate with some of our other systems that helps makes it easy and quick to access files in one system rather than having to have multiple systems open. I also really like the use of editing pdf files in our DocBuild that is provided through Easyfile. Cons There have been a few minor issues with reaching out to customer service for specific requests that we need to have done or a need to IT to get back to us and they don't always follow up in a timely fashion.
