Some payment steps can be reduced The input procedure and update of stock items to be made easier

I believe that this is a great tool to reach multiple markets at once and there is still a lot to build on.

Pros

Easy and quick to use. Makes streamlining all information easy. Always exceptional support from \[SENSITIVE CONTENT\]. If not for him life would have been a lot more difficult

Cons

1\. I wish there was Whatsapp integration built in. This would make it so much easier to communicate directly with guests from the system. Similiar to what automated sms and emails are set up. 2. Looking to integrate Xero Accounting software but found out today that there is an expensive monthly cost to doing this.

Cons

Recipe setup - restaurant limited access to being able to delete items or invoices - manually without contacting support. Limited reports

For web reservations, you can use it on a phone or tablet which for obvious reasons does not include all functions but enables new reservations as well as a live dashboard. in addition there are numerous apps for check-ins housekeeping, guest focussed etc. if there is anything specific you would like please let us know.

Hi You are able to use multiple properties on one database and distribute to different OTA's as well as the own website booking system. Semper has a built in CRM capability to enable you to build extensive profiles for each guest. In addition, you are able to integration to 6 different CRM systems.

Overall, Semper is a great management tool. It is user friendly and even if there is something we do not understand, we can call Semper and we will immediately receive help.

Pros

Semper is easy to use and every day I discover a new feature. From organizing reservations, to taking payments form guests, everything us made easier by Semper.

Cons

The accounting section of Semper needs a little more attention. Frequently we have to call Semper and ask why our invoices/statements are wrong.

Pros

It helps us to manage our property remotely especially with the new browser version. The reporting system also helps with all aspects of the business.

Cons

So far there is nothing that I don't like.

Pros

Stock Control is accurate and profit margins are nice to see

Cons

Currenlty there is ONE colour coded for both the Guest that has (i) made partial payment; AS WELL as the Guest that has Paid in FULL. It would be nice to have the Calendar View to highlight in DIFFERENT COLOURS the two types of Guests, those who have PAID IN FULL; and those who have made Payment, but still have OUTSTANDING account prior to their arrival and check in. Because of this issue, one now has to actually click on the booking to open the reservation in order to see if there person is Paid in FULL ; or only partially paid.

Sometimes the updates bring out more problems.

They were not user friendly at all, less functionality and the support service was not good. Plus them being a foreign company, there was problems with VAT calculations - they were never 100%

Overall it has been a good experience with very little difficulties in user management. I would recommend the software to other resorts without hesitation.

Pros

The booking System is very user friendly for my front office staff as well as the online booking system which is very user friendly for my guests.

Cons

The guest search engine could be improved to be more specific

We chose the hospitality software as it was very similar to our manual system we had in place at the resort therefore was an easy transition for us.
