It is a great program. Thanx a mill to Bea who help us every time when we are struggling with something or needs help setting the program up correctly. She is a star!!

Pros

When u can see ahead when bookings has been made in stead of looking in a book & loose space or details

Cons

When you can't change the dates for when invoice has been made...need to make new invoice...

Pros

Relatively easy to use, logical process. Modifications to bookings are generally easy.

Cons

Refund process, no opportunity to rectify or change once committed, forced to do work arounds for incorrect or amended entry.

The accounting section is very helpful, the basic understanding of booking your rooms and sales split is very handy and easy

Cons

Export reports not really for debtors use, have to use another method to get accurate report totals

Cons

the stock system - record and ease of checking as supervisor and correcting entering of items Printing - can not print only one for instance good received note - every time everything of the day have to then copy paste or select General ledger integration

Overall good, we have a very good support person on call to assist when needed.

Pros

The system is user friendly and easy to navigate

Cons

When updates are done there are often problems with reports or features that no longer work. Some basic functions are different from other PMS systems which takes some getting used to.

It’s been very stressful to use especially with lack of support after installation which is not what we were told when the advertising was done.

Pros

I was told it will make me stress free when is come to warehouse accountability

Cons

The lack of support when we asked our local product provider to see the errors that happen when we installed it. We are so concerned about this and now they are adding a new charge.

not too bad but hope they can meet us( end users ) half way with other important features

user friendly cloud based modern, information easily accessible

Cons

reports are not accurate. dealing with groups is a nightmare, 1 change mess the entire group even when selection was not made for other group members. OTA bookings do not have an automated correct "booking source" they all come through as internet. rates do not split properly i.e breakfast, tourism levy. Rates get duplicated for long stay reservations there is no feature for refundable deposits to individual guests accounts i.e towel deposits a lot can really be done for end users to enjoy

very good. just the fact that I need an afrikaans speaking person the assist over phone. someone who can tell me in simple old person's language how to fix something. must give credit to my trainer, \[sensitive content hidden\] for the way he trained me. so patient, never made me feel dumb.

That I can retrace anything even if it is a simple void

Pros

The POS system is most impactful as waiters use it most. I love the fact that I can retrace anything.

Cons

I cant split my order slips like drinks or kitchen. System sees an order slip as one unit, I would like it if I could separate my bar orders and my kitchen orders
