not bad, can be easy at times

Pros

Search option is easy. you just type name and you receive what you need

Cons

changing rates for all rooms is tedious. If the other rooms can pick up the rates it will be better

Hi Christabel, The web based system has a new rate management facility where rates are linked to each other. Change one rate and all linked rates get updated based on a pre-defined rule when they are linked. all online channels can also be updated with the change. all you need to do is change the rate in one place.

We have used the Semper system for many years now, it is easy to learn, easy to operate and the after sales service is phenomenal. Their channel management is the best and integrates perfectly with our marketing partners. The reports available from Semper is great and makes very accurate and timeous reporting possible.

There is really not much to complain about with the Semper system

I am very happy

Pros

We have been trying to get a system we can work on daily to cover all of our basis and have everything in one place. Semper has gone beyond our expectations by automating alot of admin work, we normally would have done manually

Cons

The system is not very user friendly and I have to ask for support before doing anything

You have to remember to save when making changes to the reservation screen before moving on to the transaction screen.

Integration with other apps. Direct mailing to guests.

Ease of use. We have encountered many issues within the past year. To make changes is complicated. Program issues. Terminology used not informative ie when looking for a report, it will be difficult to find.
