### "Best Value for Money"

Considering the features and functionality you get, Semper offers hands-down the best value for money in the hospitality channel management software space.

Pros

Flexibility to enter venue details once and then get advertised on numerous marketing channels

Cons

There is a learning curve required (as with all software packages). Some of the features (like uploading changes) are a bit counterintuitive but once you get the hang of it, it works fine.

Very easy to install,easy to operate,easy to update and make changes to inventory.Very good customer support service.

BAD, there is a reason the monthly fee is the cheapest in the county - SA. Spend money and do the research. Very antiquated system. Rather go for the latest in automation and pay the fee. This system is slow as it downloads in windows for checkouts - guest don't want to wait and wait till you have a lot of guests checking out.......You pay for what you get. I wont even mention making a mistake on the "reading in debtors" you cannot change a mistake! POS not user friendly - rather go for gaap and integrate to a modern pms.

Pros

integrated -other than that nothing The sales team that sold it - limited after care. Remote service centre - very good

not user friendly not user friendly tiniously check outs cannot change mistakes made

Since 2018 Semper has introduced many new browser based broducts. The venue still uses our software and a happy customer. the person that wrote this has left many years ago

I am still learning

Pros

It is easy to use but very slow and it takes time . It was going to be better and fast if it was not using network to operate. When training start it will look like the system is difficult but in some few months we will be mastering it.

Cons

I have only 1 month using it ,will see as time goes on

Software is very user friendly. The speed of the creating reports is very good. System is quite fast

Cons

Wish that there can be only one invoice for all employees of the same company.

Pros

It is very easy to understand and most things are self explanatory to use. Very happy overall with using semper.

Cons

Some aspects of booking clients is a bit more complex to understand but very easy to learn how to use if you know someone who can show and explain to you.

Overall I would not recommend this software as there are better ones that you can use.

Pros

There are integrated tools in the program. The remote control service is great. It is easy to get around the program

Cons

For a first time user it is difficult to make your way around the program. Customer service can be rude at times

To evaluate a free trial without full training does no justice to the product. Since 2019 we have added a full browser based version.
