"Great Software Exceptional Support"
Overall: Having been in the restaurant business for over 20 years, and facing many obstacles in the past including a fire, we are opening a new location and moving from the old school over priced pos system to yumapos. we need a functional pos that works not only in our restaurant, but works for online customers as well. Yumapos wraps everything beautifully in a single pos system, once we reopen. will send more feedback
Pros: Its more than a POS system, has built in reservations, loyalty and marketing tools. They also have a new marketing website soon to be released, like Grubhub with No commission fees. We can send push notifications to users alerting them of specials we are having and not to mention the software is super fast.
Cons: The websites states it has online channel integration, however learned that this will not be available until late 2019
