It's very quick to process to complete. If you have any questions or problems with Shipcaddie they are either a phone call away or any easy click on the help desk link. They have never disappointed me in the steps they took to resolve a problem or question. I highly recommend this software and company and give them a 5 star review without hesitation. Thank you Shipcaddie for your "We can do attitude!" Cons There is nothing at this point that makes the product difficult to use. However, they are still working on some integration with Woo Commerce that would automatically upload my orders to shipcaddie. This isn't a big deal for me because I can handle the orders fine the way it is. Just a nice added benefit when it is complete. Pros Software has a lot of potential, including a discount on overall shipping costs and desire of staff to reach out for feedback. Cons Lacking several business features and basic functions necessary to ship packages.
