Je travaille chez Viande Richelieu depuis 5 ans et demi. Grâce à Paperless Forms, nous avons atteint près de 97 % de processus sans papier, comparativement à environ 30 % lors de mes premières années. L’amélioration est significative.

Pros

Je trouve que c’est un outil extraordinaire à utiliser au travail. Il nous permet de structurer efficacement nos processus, d’améliorer la traçabilité et de réduire considérablement l’utilisation du papier.

Cons

Il arrive parfois qu’il y ait quelques bogues, mais après quelques essais, tout revient généralement à la normale.

As a Supplier Quality Specialist managing corporate-level form development, Paperless by Datahex has become an indispensable part of our digital transformation. One of the platform’s greatest strengths is its ability to drive true standardization across all our facilities. By deploying centralized, complex forms, we’ve ensured every plant is grading and inspecting against the same requirements—eliminating version control challenges and reducing the burden on individual QA managers. The operational impact has been significant. In an environment where we manage 10+ loads daily with multiple samples per load, we’ve effectively eliminated the need for physical filing systems. Features like the Matrix and List functions are especially valuable, allowing us to pre-populate standardized information and reduce manual data entry for our teams. Overall, Paperless is a reliable and evolving partner in our quality journey. It has already delivered meaningful improvements to our processes, and I look forward to seeing how the platform continues to grow and expand its capabilities.

Pros

Enhanced Supplier Oversight: Leveraging the platform for trailer inspections and grading records has strengthened visibility into supplier compliance. Real-time alerts for out-of-spec measurements allow our teams to address issues immediately, improving response time and supplier accountability. Audit Confidence: Accessing historical CCP records takes seconds instead of hours. This has made audit season far less stressful and significantly more transparent. Responsive Support: While there is a learning curve with initial form development, the Paperless support team is highly responsive. Once you become familiar with the logic and capabilities, the platform becomes incredibly powerful—and even a bit addictive for building new forms.

Cons

Opportunities for Growth: From a high-level development perspective, there is exciting potential for continued enhancement. Expanding the Help section with more advanced command examples and troubleshooting guidance would better support users leveraging the platform’s full capabilities. Additionally, further refinement of the search and filtering functionality—such as introducing advanced or field-specific search options—would improve navigation, especially for organizations managing a large volume of forms.

We started from scratch and the support was fantastic. The support training sessions kept pace with our progress in the work process. We use Paperless every day and it saves us a lot of time. I wouldn't go back to anything I used before.

Pros

Creating forms is very easy; you can track their progress in real time and make adjustments quickly. Technical support is very fast and efficient

Cons

The billing standard is a bit slow to follow.but everything works in less than 30 minutes. That's all I could think of
