Got the contract wrong (mixing 6 months with 12 months throughout), then cancelled my subscription after I asked a simple question about why mobile phone numbers are not included in reports. The MD told me it's due to GDPR, then cancelled my contract with them and blocked me on WhatsApp. Their salesperson was extremely unprofessional. Told me she had to get off the phone because her dog was eating her dinner. Yes, really. On top of that, their media database is hopelessly out of date. The worst customer service I have received in my entire life. Avoid these jokers. Pros Nothing. They treat customers like dirt. Cons Terrible out of date database, with a poor user interface.
