The SDK was doing most of its job and we had easy to implement it overall. Pros Customer support : It was fast and responded with details. Amazing experience:) Pros It's the best custom software for game analytics, it can replace years of work for company custom made analytics! Cons It's not 'CONS', just there are a lot of things and the learning curve can be steep. Pros They release new powerful features periodically and never asked to additional price: push notifications triggered by custom events, Big Query integration - every quarter there's smth they add to their service (not all the things i use, though lol ) Cons Some of the reports are very gaming-specific whereas I have 'normal' mobile apps, not games!
