When conducting search, there is no learning curve, you can simply use the software without needing prior exposure or training on it. The reports are very detail and concise. The daily email reports are great because you can see the health of your critical systems, a report of any group policy changes, SharePoint changes, file changes, etc. This makes audit and compliance a breeze and help with incident management. Cons Some logon reports can be difficult to comprehend especially when doing an ad hoc report of a logon activity of an account.
