Alerts and daily reports allow you to spot anomalies quickly. The included utility to identify inactive accounts can also disable them to reduce attack surface. Cons Searching can be quite slow. Pros The automation is great. We love the videos of admin. The examiners love the reports and the history as well. Cons A little pricey to add seats and have to do it in groups or sets of end user client licenses. Will budget more next year. Pros Saves audit data to a database for easy searching, emailed csv files make it easy to archive audit data. Between knowing that changes made to our infrastructure have been recorded and having the ability to restore in-necessary changes when we need, that makes it easier to sleep at night. Pros There is a large list of built-in reports that will give us lots of information we need in a short amount of time. The auditors love the information we can get for them in a moments notice. Cons I had a hard time handling citrix sessions events, this has been a frustrating endeavor as I expect the netwrix team to have the knowledge to provider assistance with extra useless log entries. Pros Instant Alerts. This feature is pretty spot on but could be made better with some additional guides to create custom rulesets. Cons Lack of documentation around custom reporting/alerting. Also, we occasionally run into faults where the DB runs out of space, but relieves itself after a few days.
