Pros I have always found volume easy to use, navigate and reliable, customer service have always been helpful whenever we have had problems and I love that you can customise your account with the penguins all year round and the Christmas and birthday options. Pros This is bare bones software to store your files in order that you create yourself. It is really flexible for your needs as it is so simple yet effective tool. Cons Watermark servers are not owned by them, so it's maintenance is not done by themselves. Servers are half a time slow and software "freezes".
