Spécifiquement sur ce logiciel, avec un recul de près d'un an d'utilisation et d'une centaine de Guidages réalisés, mon expérience globale d'utilisation est concluante. Pros J'ai apprécié en premier lieu, en tant que Concepteur/Rédacteur de guides l'extrême facilité de prise en main opérationnelle du logiciel Lemon Learning (2/3 heures). Ensuite en matière de réalisation à proprement parler des Guidages, j'ai progressivement découvert un éventail très complet de fonctionnalités me permettant actuellement de produire au bénéfice des utilisateurs finaux des Guidages interactifs de nouvelle génération particulièrement efficaces et appréciés. Le déploiement du GPS Applicatif, comme solution novatrice et alternative à la formation et à la prise ne main des applications, se révèle un franc succès auprès des Directions métiers et des équipes de Support Informatique. Nous mesurons cela au fil de l'eau par un questionnaire simplifié de satisfaction intégré à chaque fin de Guidage. Suivant la nature du flux applicatif à documenter (entre 30 et 60 étapes), le logiciel Lemon Learning me permet de réaliser des Guidages biens finis, stables et prêts à l'emploi, implémentés sur les plateformes de Production, en un temps de deux jours environ. Un autre point fort à souligner concerne la facilité de maintenance des Guidages (modification ou enrichissement du contenu) au fil du temps, un référent métier non spécialiste du logiciel Lemon Learning pouvant être dédié à cette tâche. Cons Je n'ai pas détecté de point faible particulier sur l'utilisation du logiciel Lemon Learning. Je recommande néanmoins de bien préparer en amont le contenu pédagogique des Guidages et de réaliser une première version sur une plateforme Test, histoire de bien stabiliser le ciblage et la temporisation des différents éléments et des séquences de l'applicatif métier invoqué, avant de dupliquer ce Guidage sur une plateforme de Production. J'ai personnellement émis quelques propositions d'amélioration de gestion du Back-office, l'Éditeur (la société) à "taille humaine" très à l'écoute (c'est un point très appréciable) nous a promis leur intégration dans leur road map de développement. Reasons for choosing Lemon Learning En tant que Conseil, neutre en matière commerciale, je ne suis pas décideur sur le choix définitif d'une solution. Néanmoins sur la base de mon expérience et de mon utilisation intensive au quotidien de différentes solutions logicielles, j'apporte mon éclairage et mes recommandations techniques à mes interlocuteurs pour les conforter dans leurs choix. Je recommanderais aujourd'hui sans problème le logiciel Lemon Learning pour la réalisation de Guidages par GPS Applicatif.
