Now the company keeps updating the software with new features that only introduce new bugs. Programing errors have made this software a chore to use. I only encounter 2 bugs in my use, but there are probably more; Entering in new findings are now bugged and and require resetting the inspection to save, videos don't like to upload and take multiple attempts. I have to deal with the inspection bug every day, and if they fix it something else will get messed up, it's been going on like this for the past 6 months. I can only recommend this software when RSS stops grenading the system every month with an update. Cheers Pros It streamlines the inspection process and speeds up the workflow. It removes the cluttered paperwork and allows for faster changes. Cons The only issue with the software is the updates. Almost very time the program is updated (About once a month) there is a 3 week period where the system is riddled with bugs. Pro #1: the ability to capture precise inspection results from our technicians to the "cloud" in order to share quickly with the customer; Pro #2: the ability to capture photos of the vehicle inspection (good and not so good about the vehicle); Pro #3: the ability to quickly and easily text results to the customer for a quick and thorough review of their vehicle's inspection results. Cons 1) Would like the ability to take and photo while not in RSS, then download to RSS; 2) Select customer phone numbers for texting purposes in order to not copy & paste the mobile phone number of the customer (not a major issue-just a small creature comfort).
