"Overly complex to get going and not enough native integrations with (niche) apps"

**Pros:** Drip is robust and has good ecommerce tracking via Shopify

**Cons:** It was overly complicated on one hand, but also lacked certain features and integrations

"The best on the market"

**Overall:** I have been very pleased with Drip, it does exactly what you want in an email to send to your audience

**Pros:** I love how drip can segment your audience. Everyone knows that's its biggest feature

**Cons:** I honestly can't think of a single negative besides it costs a lot
