The entire process has been great. I met with the company's founder, Lamar, to learn about the platform. Then, \[sensitive content hidden\] took over for onboarding. We mapped out every step of the plan and then they went into build mode. The whole process took 2-3 weeks total. We've increased the number of referrals our company receives and have been able to build out a preferred partner program and a non-profit affiliate program as well. We had been using a different program, and that one pales in comparison to what we have with ReferralHero. I definitely recommend using them for any home service business or any business who relies on word of mouth in any way. Pros They have a great platform that is easy to use and the implementation process was super smooth. Everything happens automatically so I do not need to manually manage anything on the backend. They have also been incredible in helping me utilize their platform to the fullest extent. They have gone above and beyond to help us create the most robust referral program we could imagine. Cons There is not a built-in, one-off way to communicate with advocates. (But it sounds like they are developing one).
