I liked how easy it was to book. Just about seamless everytime. I am always looking for a booking service to be easy.

No cons. It texted you to confirm. Was easy to find services. My local nail and hair salon use this and I like it.

We are happy with Noterro and hope to continue if the above features listed in the "cons" section have a plan to improve.

Great value for money, great customer support, appointment reminders, continued improvement of the software and features, ability to send follow up emails through Noterro

Cons

Untimely software updates during business hours, disorganized online booking page, inability to easily calculate practitioner timesheets, inability to make accounts receivable reports for specific dates, inability to book with 5 minute clean up time, inability to push automated waitlist notifications, inability to easily calculate number of return visits per patient, referral tracking, automatic creation of an invoice when patient is "arrived", patient without appointments,

It’s been very good. I like the user friendly interface. I love the online ability to check my schedule anywhere. I like how u can make notes on patients too

I like how it streamlines my billing and appointment scheduling. I love the auto text and email reminders

Occasional glitches where page won’t load but this hasn’t happened much. It happened today and received a swift fix from customer service

My experience has been wonderful. I've been with them for years and I have no plans to ever go anywhere else. Easy to use. Best support I've ever had. No issues, no complaints (that they couldn't fix!)

Pros

The customer service is hands down the best I've ever worked with. They are always willing to help, kind to those of us who need a little more tech help, and respond quickly. The app is wonderful. Simple to use but highly efficient. For the money you will not find anything better.

Cons

I would love to see the myoman in my previous notes pop-up but honestly it's more preference than an issue.

Noterro has been great so far. Super easy to use and customer service is excellent with communicating and helping.

Pros

The calendar is very easy to use and I love having all my notes easily accessible. Also I love that I can upload photos straight to the clients profile.

Cons

There’s no future analytic reports. I would love to know how I’m doing so far and how my future year looks.

So far it’s been a positive experience. Both the sales rep and technical support team have been very attentive and helpful in personalizing our experience.

Pros

Easy to navigate as a new provider. The platform syncs w my square acct. Love that Incan forward link to my own app.

Cons

Thus far, there’s nothing that I dislike. It appears to address all concerns and modalities we need for our practice.

Overall my experience with Noterro have been great, my clients like it, and I find it easy and straight forward to use.

Pros

The team at Noterro is always quick to respond to any enquiries you have, and they are constantly updating the software to make things better for the users.

Cons

Nothing really, any things I didn't like about it was fixed during the upgrade! So I'm overall very happy with Noterro
