I've been with them for years and I have no plans to ever go anywhere else. Easy to use. Best support I've ever had. No issues, no complaints (that they couldn't fix!) Pros The customer service is hands down the best I've ever worked with. They are always willing to help, kind to those of us who need a little more tech help, and respond quickly. The app is wonderful. Simple to use but highly efficient. For the money you will not find anything better. Cons I would love to see the myoman in my previous notes pop-up but honestly it's more preference than an issue. Pros As a new practice I need to limit costs and it is much more affordable than Jane App. Cons Initially, I didn't like that it didn't have an integrated video platform but I discovered I can use the video platform integrated into PsychologyToday (a subscription I'm already paying for) and but not having it integrated here, I can likely cut costs. Since then they have added many upgrades and they seem to be always improving the product! Seldom do I need to contact the help desk, but they are always quick to support any questions. I think this platform is an excellent value for what is included, especially if you are looking to customize your inclusions. Pros I like the flexibility to add-on only what I need, such as insurance billing, uploads, or options for text or phone call reminders. I appreciate not having to pay for things that I do not use. Cons It would be great if other email providers were integrated into the platform, at this time it is only Mailchimp. Pros It is Canadian and responses are very quick. Cons The emails sent out to clients don't always make it, or don't work with vertain emails. I am not sure if that is a Noterro issue or the email domain isse though. Customer service is very quick to respond and very helpful. Although it is missing some features that I would have liked, they seem to be adding new features often. Pros I originally chose Noterro because it was much more affordable than the previous program that I used. Although it is missing some features that I would have liked such as patient chat and customizable SOAP notes, it was worth it for the cost savings. It was easy to set up and is feature-rich for the price! Cons My biggest gripe with Noterro is that, in my opinion, the dashboard is useless. It has a section to show open membership invoices, but not for open regular invoices. It shows which forms have been yet to be filled out but once the patient completes a form, it disappears from the dashboard completely so unless you have email notifications on, you don't know what forms need to be reviewed. The online notes are making a record retrieval extremely easy for me. The online booking has made my life much easier than I could have imagined. Cons Depending on the browser used, sometimes typing lags or scrolling over points on the diagram is a bit lagged. Takes the pressure off my shoulders with the text and email reminder the day before for my client! I love the booking system, client notes, changeable forms and more. Pros I love that they keep on updating and listening to what customers say. Very fast with problem solving. As a mobile therapist I'm excited for the new update called Noterro GO. Cons The only downfall is Meta hasn't accepted Noterro, and we miss the link on social media for Book Now.
