The overall experience with Noterro is good. Still getting to know the program better as we go. Noterro has literally everything to run my clinic, which is amazing.

Pros

The most thing that I like about Noterro so far, is that I could get a quick appointment via zoom with a great customer service.

Cons

I didn't like the AI because it was not recording what I all said. For example all of my special tests and detailed findings were not included. It gave just a general note about it, which was disappointing .I had to re-due my notes. Unfortunately it took more time away rather than saving some time with charting.

The experience too work with noterro is very good

Pros

Simple, the cost is low. It is easy to use.

Cons

Not enough options. No physitrack link. Insurance seems too complicated option. Scribe is too much like reading a novel when used.

Extremely happy as a solo practitioner. Every feature speaks to their attention to detail from the custom forms, clinical notes, snippets, notifications, etc. Custom Notes, scribe and snippets make note taking a breeze and much more detailed than my previous paper records. Noterro takes user feedback into consideration when making their regular system updates, improvements and new features. Their customer service responds within minutes, it can’t be beat.

Pros

Fast, simple and easy to learn how to use. Regular webinars highlighting system upgrades and new features and Noterro’s YouTube how to videos make setting up accounts a breeze. Their impeccable customer service cannot be beat. I didn’t know what I was missing before becoming a user!

Cons

I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about Noterro. It has revolutionized my practise.

Pros

The team at Noterro is always quick to respond to any enquiries you have, and they are constantly updating the software to make things better for the users.

Cons

Nothing really, any things I didn't like about it was fixed during the upgrade! So I'm overall very happy with Noterro

### "A Good Alternative to Jane App"

Overall, it was easy to set up my practice and has been a good experience working in the EMR.

Pros

As a new practice I need to limit costs and it is much more affordable than Jane App.

Cons

Initially, I didn't like that it didn't have an integrated video platform but I discovered I can use the video platform integrated into PsychologyToday (a subscription I'm already paying for) and but not having it integrated here, I can likely cut costs.

Pretty happy so far but it would've been better if it was cheaper. Asking things online I got the answers by a human pretty quickly which was really good

Pros

Unlike other booking apps, Noterro enables me to put 2 different clinic locations. And lets me put some clinic description on the booking page makes it look good

Cons

Clinical notes would've been easier to read if multiple notes from different dates show on the same screen like Cliniko does

Great so far looking forward to the long term use for my patients. Nothing negative and relatively cheap compared to other chiro ehrs, plus that theyre web based.

Pros

Ease of use, super easy to make availability for doctors as well as make appointments on dot for new patients and their accounts. Super user friendly

Cons

Sometimes guiding through sections for specific needs can be hard but the ai helper or live help is super convenient to use.

So far it has been great. I have recommended the chiropractor to switch over from Jane to Noterro as well as two fellow RMTs. I will continue to tell people about how affordable and user friendly it is.

Pros

I like how affordable noterro is. I like how noterro is newer and therefore growing and always improving. I like how easy noterro is to use. I like how helpful tech support is and how personal it is. You are not just talking to a robot.

Cons

I dislike when noterro updates during work hours. Sundays or very early would be preferable. I dislike how sometimes noterro goes to peoples spam inbox.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. It serves my purposes, and I am learning how to push it to its limits and my needs. You can't beat the pricepoint, especially for solo practitioners that don't need all the clinic bells and whistles of its more expensive competitors.

Pros

It is affordable and quite versatile, and user friendly. Clients generally find it easy to sign up (there have been some minor glitches) - but once they are on, they love the ease of booking through Noterro.

Cons

It is lacking some reporting features, and the clinic notes have some limitations. However, my scope of practice is a little outside of the average. Support can be hard to get through to at times, but eventually there is contact. Generally it is quite efficient though.

I'm enjoying it so far. it has all the features I'm looking for. the mobile specific features are what attracted me.

Pros

\- easy to navigate interface - secure storage of soap notes - lots of customizable settings

Cons

\- i wish there were cheaper subscription options for solo practitioners - i wish the booking platform could operate as a widget within my clinic website instead of having to be a separate webpage

So far it’s been great, I’ve been a practitioner for 12 years and it’s been a great experience so far.

Pros

The amount of features it offer is great. After switching from a different system it was very easy to learn and navigate in a timely fashion.

Cons

The interface aesthetic could be a little nicer, more colourful etc.

I love that everything is so streamlined and user friendly. I like that there are useful integrations that I use all the time, like integrating Square for payments and Mailchimp for marketing.

I am incredibly excited to use this program and I think it's the best on the market, hands down. Plus the discount with NHPC really helps!

Pros

It's very clearly made for practitioners - not on marketing. The features are intuitive and clever, making my every day experience better than ever. I'm particularly excited about the "snapshot" feature, which shows all the current items pertaining to your client.

Cons

could be prettier, and I'd love it if there were more quick navigational keys on my keyboard (mostly "n" for next and "p" for previous).

So far I dealt with \[sensitive content hidden\] , the support staff, and was very much impressed!. She was punctual, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She addressed my concerns with empathy and expertise, never making me feel inadequate or overwhelmed. Her ability to squeeze me in between clients when she sensed my urgency was truly impressive!

Been using this service for over 3 years. Takes the pressure off my shoulders with the text and email reminder the day before for my client! I love the booking system, client notes, changeable forms and more.

Pros

I love that they keep on updating and listening to what customers say. Very fast with problem solving. As a mobile therapist I'm excited for the new update called Noterro GO.

Cons

The only downfall is Meta hasn't accepted Noterro, and we miss the link on social media for Book Now.

I was referred to Noterro from a friend who uses it for her Massage company. I received a 30 day trial which turned into a 60 day trial. I'm 3 weeks into my business and completely love Noterro. The support is amazing

sometimes when I do a chat with a noterro genius, they take a bit to respond, but I do get answers
