Probably the best Clinic Management Software I've seen. Everything works great!

Pros

Easy to use, very intuitive scheduling system. Forms are very good and easy to use and edit. Support is A++ in guiding me through any issues.

Cons

The outlay of the scheduling system could be improved with more options for customization. Sending forms to new patients are often sent to spam as they are automated, so i would have to inform them to check the spam mail (which could be not a great first impression to new patients).

Overall. I am so happy with Noterro and love that it’s Canadian! I am never left without any support if I reach out for help, and the staff take their time to explain everything properly. I get to enjoy amazing features for less money per month and have peace of mind with Noterro.

Pros

Noterro gives me peace of mind and ease of use every time without having to spend $30 dollars extra per month for the same features I love! They even provide a dedicated phone number for automated calls from Noterro (appointment reminders, etc..) Their dedicated support team help me fast and efficiently every time, which is amazing! I’ve used other booking software before, but they just left me feeling stressed and overwhelmed.

Cons

There’s nothing to not like! Noterro came through for me when I first opened my clinic and it’s been a joy to use it!

The experience too work with noterro is very good

Pros

Simple, the cost is low. It is easy to use.

Cons

Not enough options. No physitrack link. Insurance seems too complicated option. Scribe is too much like reading a novel when used.

I wish the notes section could be more customizable. I would love to be able to have a template for my personal injury cases that I can tab through and change specific sections instead of having to add multiple snippets.

The overall experience with Noterro is good. Still getting to know the program better as we go. Noterro has literally everything to run my clinic, which is amazing.

Pros

The most thing that I like about Noterro so far, is that I could get a quick appointment via zoom with a great customer service.

Cons

I didn't like the AI because it was not recording what I all said. For example all of my special tests and detailed findings were not included. It gave just a general note about it, which was disappointing .I had to re-due my notes. Unfortunately it took more time away rather than saving some time with charting.

### "Hands down recommend Noterro"

Extremely happy as a solo practitioner. Every feature speaks to their attention to detail from the custom forms, clinical notes, snippets, notifications, etc. Custom Notes, scribe and snippets make note taking a breeze and much more detailed than my previous paper records. Noterro takes user feedback into consideration when making their regular system updates, improvements and new features. Their customer service responds within minutes, it can’t be beat.

Pros

Fast, simple and easy to learn how to use. Regular webinars highlighting system upgrades and new features and Noterro’s YouTube how to videos make setting up accounts a breeze. Their impeccable customer service cannot be beat. I didn’t know what I was missing before becoming a user!

Cons

I honestly don’t have one bad thing to say about Noterro. It has revolutionized my practise.

### "A Good Alternative to Jane App"

Overall, it was easy to set up my practice and has been a good experience working in the EMR.

Pros

As a new practice I need to limit costs and it is much more affordable than Jane App.

Cons

Initially, I didn't like that it didn't have an integrated video platform but I discovered I can use the video platform integrated into PsychologyToday (a subscription I'm already paying for) and but not having it integrated here, I can likely cut costs.

Pretty happy so far but it would've been better if it was cheaper. Asking things online I got the answers by a human pretty quickly which was really good

Pros

Unlike other booking apps, Noterro enables me to put 2 different clinic locations. And lets me put some clinic description on the booking page makes it look good

Cons

Clinical notes would've been easier to read if multiple notes from different dates show on the same screen like Cliniko does

So far it has been great. I have recommended the chiropractor to switch over from Jane to Noterro as well as two fellow RMTs. I will continue to tell people about how affordable and user friendly it is.

Pros

I like how affordable noterro is. I like how noterro is newer and therefore growing and always improving. I like how easy noterro is to use. I like how helpful tech support is and how personal it is. You are not just talking to a robot.

Cons

I dislike when noterro updates during work hours. Sundays or very early would be preferable. I dislike how sometimes noterro goes to peoples spam inbox.

Noterro is very user friendly, easy to learn, and has been very reliable for the 3+ years I have been using it.

Pros

It is Canadian and responses are very quick.

Cons

The emails sent out to clients don't always make it, or don't work with vertain emails. I am not sure if that is a Noterro issue or the email domain isse though.

Noterro has met all my needs so far and has been integral to operating my massage business.

Pros

I’m a massage therapist, and Noterro is a one-stop platform for my business, integrating both business and external calendars, online booking, forms, reporting, invoicing, payment system integration, etc. I really appreciate the notifications feature too, which helps to keep me on top of things that would otherwise get overlooked, like client birthdays and etc. Customer service has been quick to respond and help me to resolve issues when I’ve reached out with questions.

Cons

I’d appreciate some more flexibility with the layout, functionality, and appearance of the web portal for client online booking. But I’m happy with the application.

I am very pleased with my switch to this product.

Pros

The customer service is on point and timely. Very minimal downtime, if any at all and the schedule of updates is done at proper times of the day as to not cause any inconvenience.

Cons

The extra cost for scribe! I would love to use the feature but I am not going to pay extra for it.

I love that everything is so streamlined and user friendly. I like that there are useful integrations that I use all the time, like integrating Square for payments and Mailchimp for marketing.

Easy to navigate. Price is good for features.

Cons

Colour display for different treatments on calendar are small rather than changing the entire appointment. On calender display it's hard to see if form is complete ir just sent.

So far I dealt with \[sensitive content hidden\] , the support staff, and was very much impressed!. She was punctual, courteous, and incredibly helpful. She addressed my concerns with empathy and expertise, never making me feel inadequate or overwhelmed. Her ability to squeeze me in between clients when she sensed my urgency was truly impressive!

Overall it’s been a good experience. I run a very busy clinic and getting the documentation done between clients quickly is essential for me, and this software allows me to do that.

Pros

How easy it is to use. The format for what you can use this software for covers a wide range. Once you choose your format and set everything up, it can streamline your practice making your documentation process easier and faster.

Cons

Software glitches, usually after updates. I have had to contact the Noterro staff a few times after an update to communicate the difficulty I’m having but it’s always resolved.

It's made the admin side of my work a lot easier and I've been very happy with it

Pros

Customer service has been remarkably quick to reply to anything I've sent in. The online notes are making a record retrieval extremely easy for me. The online booking has made my life much easier than I could have imagined.

Cons

Depending on the browser used, sometimes typing lags or scrolling over points on the diagram is a bit lagged. It would also be nice if there was an option to add a second email to one person's account to send receipts to, but allow the person to book online with a separate email (in the case of a kid booking their own appointment, and then the receipt going to the parent)

So far this has been a great experience. The support team has been able to address any questions I have had. The on-boarding support is top notch.

Pros

The automation of my practice. I have worked for a practice where everything was manual. Many times i was not informed of a change to the schedule.

Cons

None come to mind. Any feature not present they are open to discuss adding.

Some things aren't where you would think they would be. I also looked at a help article but the information was incorrect so I had to email support for help instead.

It's been great. Whenever I've needed help the customer service has been quick.

Pros

It's affordable and it's easy to use and navigate for both myself and clients.

Cons

That you can't tell if someone is a no show on your schedule unless you look on the clients profile. I would like it for the booked appointment that is marked a no show to turn another colour.
