April 21, 2022 5.0 Pros The all-in-one nature of this software is great. You really do end up with with a feature rich product. Customer service is like nothing you see anymore. So far 3 or 4 inquires/questions answered within hours with REAL answers and once they just went in and fixed it for me! Cons Electronic insurance billing for the United States and client membership options are all I have noticed so far that I would like to see. Reason for choosing Noterro Noterro seemed to be the product that checked the most boxes for me. Easy on the end user and the insurance billing set up seems very organized and easy to use once you learn it. The support team is very responsive, and they’re constantly adding new features, and the price is simply delicious. Pros I love the Hyppa compliance, I love the charting tools, the incredibly easy to use appointment scheduling tools, it’s just a very well thought out piece of software. I have recommended it to several of my friends who are also body workers or in other similar professions because it is wonderful software. Cons It’s nitpicking, but there’s no column sorting in the reports, and I don’t like the date formate used; It makes it impossible to do date sorts when you download reports into a spreadsheet. July 4, 2023 2.0 See above. Pros Cheap, no setup fee. Can cancel anytime. Cons The only thing we wanted to use it for is for patient scheduling and we need to be able to print out on paper a daily schedule as a spreadsheet including exam time, exam type, patient name, patient date of birth, phone number, insurance company, insurance ID number, has appointment been confirmed? (yes or no), initials of staff member who scheduled, and notes. We checked with Noterro help and they said the only way to make such a printout was to import it into Excel (which is impractical) or just put all the info in the notes, which we are doing for now until we find another software that can do this fundamental scheduling task. At least it will be easy to cancel Noterro, which will be fine for a few months. You are able to print your schedule to paper including almost all of the fields you mentioned. This is done from the Events report. Additionally, you can configure this report and save it as your own template, so you don't need to re-configure it each time you want to run it. There are only a few fields which you mentioned that aren't on that report, but likely could be added. We take customer feedback regularly and use it towards product updates. I'd recommend connecting on a call to go over what you mentioned. The entirety of what you listed as a Con could likely be resolved within a phone call. Noterro has helped my business grow and I'm eager to see the things that come out next Pros I like that there is so much you can do for your clinic or practice within the software. The newer features for classes, the waitlist and announcing your availabilities has opened up new channels for the way I use the system. Cons The ease of use at checkout. Pros It's ease of use, the soap notes are fantastic, and customer intakes are so easy and just automatically stored with the client, it seems simple but it is really really fantastic. Updates and more functions are regularly released. They are super quick to call or email back and address even silly questions and have helpful videos and solutions. Cons The only big drawback is the lack of a therapist compensation function that would eliminate the work involved in therapists invoicing me and having to check those invoices. This is maybe coming but no timeline yet. A small drawback is Therapist last names always show up, I would like the choice to keep the last names back except on receipts. I love this system. They have really come a long way. I have referred many therapists and will continue to do so. Pros I’ve been with Noterro formerly Soap Vault for almost 6 years. Each year Noterro adds new innovation to help massage practices based on the needs of therapists. They have always been very quick to correct problems with the system or to answer questions about use of the system. Cons There is yet to be an app for Noterro. It would definitely help with booking clients fast and easily. Currently you can only book one client in a spot. This is especially problematic when I book couples massages. I can only put one clients name in to hold the appointment instead of multiple clients to send a intake form to them. I can only put the billing/appointment under one of the clients. This is problematic to see past appts or billing history. These issues would be great innovation ideas to correct with Noterro. I have never had any issues while using it. It is user friendly and the price point is excellent. Cons When showing the patient's on the waitlist, it doesn't actually show you what date the patient has their appointment when you click on their file. You have to click on their file and then click on their name, which takes you to their profile and you can view the next appt from there. It's easy to learn and use, you can access everything on the go with a web browser on your phone, and they are regularly adding helpful updates and additions. 10/10 recommend! Cons It can sometimes become glitchy, but this is the case of any app/software. It would be nice to allow a couple different integrations from the Noterro calendar to Google calendar (for example: for my schedule as well as a contractors schedule) but manual entry is not the end of the world.
