You definitely can set "room turn around" time. This is referred to as "Recovery Time" in Noterro. It's found in your base settings under "Services". When I have called for assistance, I have always got fast response and proper help. Cons Since the switch from soap vault there has been lots of changes,which have been great-I will say but there used to be better notice. I sometimes don’t change and when I open the page and things are different, it’s frustrating. Everything is organized and at one place. Very easy to keep track of income and client files. Should your computer break you can just quickly log in with any other mobile device or computer without having to install any software. Also nice to be able to access files and book appointments on the go Cons Notwrro has come a long way. Improvements are made constantly. I always feel like the little glitches here and there will be worked out eventually and usually they do. Would be cool to be able to send out mass emails to clients with a survey or something to get reviews and feedback from them sometimes. Pros I used to use paper forms and calendars, then I switched to MassageBook, before finally finding Noterro. I love this booking & intake platform. One of the best parts is that customer service really pays attention, you can suggest or ask for features and actually get them. The price is fabulously affordable for a small business and any glitches that show up are found and fixed by the company. I am very happy using Noterro. Cons The only cons I really have is that the app freezes on occasion and has to be reopened and that I can’t download my full patient library will all their files and SOAP notes for back up with one click (I have to download patients individually). September 10, 2022 5.0 Noterro has been great when ever need answers for tech and respond quickly. I’m sad I’ve only started to utilize the features recently as the program does much more than I realized. Pros It is easy to learn and they are continually improving features. For the most part it is usually pretty intuitive, now and then there a few glitches I need help with and the team are prompt at replying and assisting with resolution, even arranging web based calls if required. The only only downside is that we are not able to create our own forms for treatments not covered in the extensive list, and not being able to create multiple notification templates for the different services offered. Pros Ease of use, excellent customer service / technical assistance, security. Cons Not able to create own templates for individual services. Cons Wish list: - would like the program to record cancels vs no-shows and total them- would like the appointment 'square' to indicate paid vs unpaid invoices and done vs undone notes (as a different icon)- would like to be able to fax/email notes directly to physicians from the program- find the diagrams imbedded in notes awkward- not a fan of having 'pronouns' show up so prominently in my patient profile Reason for choosing Noterro Price, plus once I was used to the product through the free trial, it would be a hassle to switch. We liked our previous provider but felt that we got more features and better overall user interace with noterro. Pros Scheduling, the ease of notes, reminders and online scheduling with integrations of square are all things that I like most with noterro. Cons The hardest thing is getting used to a different system. I wouldn't necessarily call it a con but we are just getting used to the system. There is the fact I cannot track canceled appointments but most other things are trackable, oh and it doesn't communicate with QuickBooks, but there is a way that my bookkeeper and Noterro support helped get that taken care of, again, support is AMAZING!
