Great value for money, great customer support, appointment reminders, continued improvement of the software and features, ability to send follow up emails through Noterro

Very positive. I've had access to other programs but keep coming back to this one. It's easy to use. I don't take insurance so i only played with it for 2 weeks. Would be nice to have a diagnosis area without doing insurance.

Pros

It has everything and is intuitive. Love the snippets. Type 3 letters and then a whole paragraph of what you want shows up in the notes. The quick pay options makes it convenient to record and charge on the go. The ability to custom make forms is a bonus too. it has AI technology but haven't tried it yet

Cons

using the click the bad area picture takes longer to do notes when needing to edit current visit. i think i could have clicked a levator muscle and said CT junction but I stopped playing with that function. It would be nice if they had access to more standard assessment forms.

Great. I highly recommend Noterro especially compared to \[sensitive content hidden\]. The system is easy to use and can be customized to meet your clinic needs.

Pros

I like the price-point for the features as a single-practitioner cash-based physical therapy practice. I like the simplicity of the system. I have used everything from EPIC to \[sensitive content hidden\] and the simplicity is what sets Noterro apart. I also like: being able to use my brand colors for the online portal, online scheduling, form/agreement customization, treatment note customization with smart phrases.

Cons

The new pricing model is not sole-practitioner friendly. There are certain features that are more necessary for a small practice that does not have front-desk staff like the waitlist. This should be a base-level feature. The invoicing does not allow smart phrases. It would be helpful to use smart phrases in the "notes" section of the invoice or be able to duplicate an invoice when you check in a client.

My experience has been wonderful. I've been with them for years and I have no plans to ever go anywhere else. Easy to use. Best support I've ever had. No issues, no complaints (that they couldn't fix!)

Pros

The customer service is hands down the best I've ever worked with. They are always willing to help, kind to those of us who need a little more tech help, and respond quickly. The app is wonderful. Simple to use but highly efficient. For the money you will not find anything better.

Cons

I would love to see the myoman in my previous notes pop-up but honestly it's more preference than an issue.

as someone with limited tech skills I found the set up pretty straightforward and the amount of help available for any questions or concerns is amazing. any issue i ran into was resolved very quickly.

Cons

honestly only con so far was discovering i'd spent my trial in the max rather than the base that suits my small town sole proprietorship RMT clinic - i had thought the google analytics would be helpful but am not worried about not having it in base.

Switched from another popular platform as I was looking for a simpler, economical alternative when moving to a new clinic location. Since then they have added many upgrades and they seem to be always improving the product! Seldom do I need to contact the help desk, but they are always quick to support any questions. I think this platform is an excellent value for what is included, especially if you are looking to customize your inclusions.

Pros

I like the flexibility to add-on only what I need, such as insurance billing, uploads, or options for text or phone call reminders. I appreciate not having to pay for things that I do not use.

Cons

It would be great if other email providers were integrated into the platform, at this time it is only Mailchimp.

Great so far looking forward to the long term use for my patients. Nothing negative and relatively cheap compared to other chiro ehrs, plus that theyre web based.

Ease of use, super easy to make availability for doctors as well as make appointments on dot for new patients and their accounts. Super user friendly

Cons

Sometimes guiding through sections for specific needs can be hard but the ai helper or live help is super convenient to use.

10/10 compared to all the other online booking options. They stay ahead of the curve with technology and their customer support is ALWAYS prompt which I REALLY appreciate!

Pros

Easy to navigate for myself and my clients, and constantly upgrading the advantages (like direct billing etc) it's been perfect for my mobile massage therapy business

Cons

I would love an option for my clients to sign for ms easily at each treatment as some things require consent per appointment with a signature.

### "Cluster booking doesn’t work"

They say they are going to work on issues but never do. They are pleasant and quick to reply but never solve issues identified by users.

Pros

Receipts and Charting are conviently located in one place.

Cons

They advertise that they provide cluster booking but this can easily be circumvented by clients booking multiple appointments and then cancelling them. I have asked them to fix this problem for years, ended up having to cancel my account, and yet they still do nothing to fix this glaring problem. The interface isn’t as intuitive as they think it is, and they are not responsive to recommendations for improvements. After telling me they would look into the issues I was having, nothing ever resolved it, so they now have my client’s information and I don’t trust them.

I often recommend this to other healthcare professionals and highly recommend it. I cannot stress enough how impressed I am with Noterro’s customer Service. Whenever I’ve had something I didn’t understand and subsequently reached out for assistance, they were on it with a quick respond and follow up. I like that it’s simple and accessible on my phone and iPad. And it doesn’t break my bank too.

Pros

I really like how easy it is to use and even if you’re not text savvy, it’s still pretty easy to figure out. Plus there’s videos that you can watch and if that still doesn’t work, you can reach out to their fantastic customer service. Typically they get back to you quite quickly in regards to any issue that you might be having

Cons

To come up with any cons, I feel like I have to think hard for that. I’ve been using this platform now for four years. It’s seamless and easy to adapt to many different applications that you would like to use in a practice. So right now, I can’t think of any cons. Possibly an app for future.

The calendar is very easy to use and I love having all my notes easily accessible. Also I love that I can upload photos straight to the clients profile.

There’s no future analytic reports. I would love to know how I’m doing so far and how my future year looks.

Overall I am very pleased with this product. It serves my purposes, and I am learning how to push it to its limits and my needs. You can't beat the pricepoint, especially for solo practitioners that don't need all the clinic bells and whistles of its more expensive competitors.

Pros

It is affordable and quite versatile, and user friendly. Clients generally find it easy to sign up (there have been some minor glitches) - but once they are on, they love the ease of booking through Noterro.

Cons

It is lacking some reporting features, and the clinic notes have some limitations. However, my scope of practice is a little outside of the average. Support can be hard to get through to at times, but eventually there is contact. Generally it is quite efficient though.

Pros

Easy to navigate as a new provider. The platform syncs w my square acct. Love that Incan forward link to my own app.

I love Noterro, I have used other programs but the amount of things Noterro offers to keep my business running and the ease of using them makes Noterro the best.

It's easy to use, well put together program. Unlike other programs to do one thing requires more than on step.

Cons

When something went wrong on the program or couldn't find asnwers in the help section, getting to talk to someone right away was tough. BUT that has now be resolved.
