I'm enjoying it so far. it has all the features I'm looking for. the mobile specific features are what attracted me.

Pros

\- easy to navigate interface - secure storage of soap notes - lots of customizable settings

Cons

\- i wish there were cheaper subscription options for solo practitioners - i wish the booking platform could operate as a widget within my clinic website instead of having to be a separate webpage

Pros

I really like the communication in terms of customer service. Whenever I needed help, someone reached out to me.

Cons

There is nothing I didnt like. Overall, I am pleased with Noterro's services. Perhaps things will come up as time goes on.

So far it’s been great, I’ve been a practitioner for 12 years and it’s been a great experience so far.

Pros

The amount of features it offer is great. After switching from a different system it was very easy to learn and navigate in a timely fashion.

Cons

The interface aesthetic could be a little nicer, more colourful etc.

So far so good. The team is very accommodating and support is always available.

Pros

Setting up is straightforward. There's a plan for every size of clinic. Support is amazing and timely!

Not applicable - I have not found any that was not satisfactory.

My overall experience has been great. Customer representatives are very nice and helpful.

Pros

I was referred to Noterro from a friend who uses it for her Massage company. I received a 30 day trial which turned into a 60 day trial. I'm 3 weeks into my business and completely love Noterro. The support is amazing

Cons

sometimes when I do a chat with a noterro genius, they take a bit to respond, but I do get answers

Been using this service for over 3 years. Takes the pressure off my shoulders with the text and email reminder the day before for my client! I love the booking system, client notes, changeable forms and more.

Pros

I love that they keep on updating and listening to what customers say. Very fast with problem solving. As a mobile therapist I'm excited for the new update called Noterro GO.

Cons

The only downfall is Meta hasn't accepted Noterro, and we miss the link on social media for Book Now.

Love it. I would highly recommend this to anyone practitioner within the field.

Pros

Easy set up and access to help. Customer service is fast at responding. I also love Lucy as a feature. Very helpful!

Cons

Wish it was easier to sell packages on the services offered page, without having to create a client profile. Also an easier way of splitting packages between family members

Choosing Noterro as my EMR was the best decision I made when starting my private practice. It is an affordable, durable, compatible, and extremely useful product that makes the hard job of sole proprietorship soo much easier.

Pros

I love that Noterro has all of my clinics needs covered. I am a small 1 provider operation now, with plans of growing to multiple providers soon, and Noterro provides the stabiltiy I need to grow. My customers love the convenience of my clinics branded app and 24/7 access to my schedule, I love the ease of check in and check out (as a sole provider and employee I am doing EVERYTHING right now) and my accountant loves that Noterro sends data seamlessly to Quickbooks.

Cons

There's nothing I dont like about this software. I have worked for larger, multi-disciplined clinics and this EMR stands toe to toe with yhe software they were using. I am proud to have and use and share this wonderful product

I am incredibly excited to use this program and I think it's the best on the market, hands down. Plus the discount with NHPC really helps!

Pros

It's very clearly made for practitioners - not on marketing. The features are intuitive and clever, making my every day experience better than ever. I'm particularly excited about the "snapshot" feature, which shows all the current items pertaining to your client.

Cons

could be prettier, and I'd love it if there were more quick navigational keys on my keyboard (mostly "n" for next and "p" for previous).

Pros

I liked how easy it was to book. Just about seamless everytime. I am always looking for a booking service to be easy.

Cons

No cons. It texted you to confirm. Was easy to find services. My local nail and hair salon use this and I like it.
