Pros

\- Two-way google calendar sync for managing my availability - fast human customer service. - zoom integration - simple online booking for customer to eliminate friction - intake form automation Replaces Quickbooks, Calendly, Typeform.

Cons

Not sure yet, need to use it longer. I like everything so far.

Good. Except for the direct billing, I have found it wonderful to use.

Pros

Easy to use, good price, has the features that I need for my business, navigation intuitive, and support is very helpful

Cons

I found the direct billing feature to be clumsy and overly complicated. I chose not to have it because of this

Noterro does all I need and more. Customer Service is outstanding especially when I am in a time crunch and I am always in a time crunch.

Pros

Customer Service, help, suggestions. Also Noterro is very powerful. It does not leave me wanting anything else.

Cons

I can't learn all it's features fast enough. When I get used to the interface it changes.

Overall pretty good. Still new to the system.

Pros

Fast responding support team. Setting up my clinic did not feel as overwhelming as I thought it might be.

Cons

Sometimes how the system works for flow of use with clients doesn’t always make sense.

Pros

Easy to navigate. Price is good for features.

Cons

Colour display for different treatments on calendar are small rather than changing the entire appointment. On calender display it's hard to see if form is complete ir just sent.

Very good. Easy, straightforward system to use. Not glitchy at all. If you have any features you need help understanding or training with they are super helpful.

Pros

Easy to use. Support is very prompt and helpful. Tiered pricing is a nice option so that I'm not paying for features I'm not using.

Cons

Dashboard is a little not visually appealing and I don't use it. That's very personal though.

Pros

Great customer service. The features I use are simple to use.

Cons

Some of the features they've added over the years are more comprehensive than what I need, so they seem a bit complicated to me. That said, I know they have videos and webinars to learn new features, if I ever need them.

Noterro is a great service for providers. I am a therapist and it meets my needs more than other software I have tried.

Pros

Noterro offers many features in their lower tier than competitors.

Cons

I am not a huge fan of the calendar and it could use work, but the good features outweigh the bad. Besides, most competitors are also bad at this.

Overall I've enjoyed the fluidity and lack of complication using Noterro. Even as a mobile massage business I've learned how to navigate it and tailor it to my needs. Such as opting in for double booking if clients are a couple. This is a great feature only I can use but a client cannot. This makes my time and practice easier.

Pros

Ease of use, and navigation of the website as a practitioner. Makes it very fluid and easy to understand. Clients have no issue signing up, using the website to book appointments. If a client makes 2 accounts I find it much easier to just merge them. As far as usage goes it's very simplified.

Cons

Discounts. Rather tricky to get the accurate amount that Noterro calculates. That classes cannot be 2 days long. Otherwise it's a great easy to use platform.

As a user, it is user friendly. I cant speak from the business side, but I hope it is just as easy..

Pros

I liked how easy it was to book. Just about seamless everytime. I am always looking for a booking service to be easy.

Cons

No cons. It texted you to confirm. Was easy to find services. My local nail and hair salon use this and I like it.

Easy to get set up and the videos allow you to learn at your own pace and set it up as quickly or slowly as you want.

Pros

The ease of use and that it is a Canadian Company and complies with all of the Canadian Regulations

Cons

I originally didn't know that there were settings under each practitioner and was struggling with where to find certain items but the pop up windows helped guide me in the right direction.

This is my second go with Noterro and it is a good experience. Everyone is extremely helpful and quick at resolving issues, answering questions and are willing to accept feedback on current functions and functions that would be great to have added. I am hopeful that the platform will continue to grow and will have everything I need in order to run my business smoothly and without the need for multiple programs. The app is a fantastic addition since my previous subscription and I am very excited to see the continued growth of the platform!

Pros

Noterro is affordable and is consistently adding new options and updates. It is fairly easy to use and does almost everything I need it to do. The app is a great addition!

Cons

Some functions and reports that I need are not available

Pros

Customer service is very helpful. Super easy to navigate, easy to book and keep track of current information

Cons

Clients can't do add-ons like CBD oil for massage when booking online

Pros

Simplicity of use. The logic between menus. The efficacy it brings to a private practice.

The form creation is good, but not as flexible with simple things such as fonts/sizes.

It is a user-friendly even if it is your first time to use it as long as you have a little background on how other software/apps work with the same concept.

Cons

A little confusing with the role switching but the video tutorial helped a lot in figuring it out as well as the customer support which is quick in responding.
